What customers say
Great value, peaceful spot with super staff. Lovely on-site pool, clubhouse & food. BUT, touring field gets very boggy, some facilities need a spruce-up, and WiFi is a real pain.

One of the best sites I've stayed at if not the best...

Liked Friendly welcome, lovely quiet park. Lots of great amenities. Great location near pubs and chippy. Something for everyone. I will definitely return. Great value for money. Toilets immaculately clean. Would be fab if showers were in the toilet block not just in the leisure centre.

Liked Pitch good size. Amenities close to hand. Clubhouse atmosphere great. Staff very helpful. Jean at the pool shop very helpful, friendly and professional. Plenty of walks on the beach to Donna Nook and Salfleet. Nice area.
Disliked No hot water, boiler down so no hot water for showers or pool. Very disappointing. My husband has heart condition so could nota risk cold water.

Liked Nothing
Disliked Totally horrible stay. The site smelled of wacky baccy from every corner of the park. The bar and restaurant tables was full of glasses, and the floor looked like there had been a food fight. During bingo, couldn't hear due to screaming kids and staff never told the parents to take them out, waste of money. Nor the usual park dean experience. Will not return.
