Liked Quiet site. Friendley staff who helped with our card for the electric box. Very polite when asked questions.

Liked Lovely site. Staff go out the way to help. Our leisure battery was overheated and the staff lent us one for the weekend. The pub gets really busy but it is a lovely atmosphere. People are all friendly and say hello.

Liked The pitches were of nice size.

Disliked The toilets needed updating very poor. The shower curtains were not fit to be hanging. Information regarding a ferry as this was not running and has not been since lockdown. To walk to the town you had to walk through 3 fields to get to it.

Liked Warm welcome as we arrived on site. The wardens are lovely and and points out where things are and which is our pitch. The site is small and and very friendly. Good walks for dogs as we have two small dogs. There was 8 adults and 7 dogs and lovely to be able to walk them over the fields or down the canal. Pub not too far away 10 mins which accommodated all dogs as well as the humans. Definitely would stay here again.

Liked Lovely site. Looks like it is new as the toilets and showers were spotless. The ice cream parlour was a hit and was quite busy. Definitely stay here again. There are good walks for dogs. Ski cafe down the road served excellent food and drinks. Recommend on a Friday steak night.

Liked Easy access. Was emailed my pitch number. The site was lovely just what we needed for an overnight stay. The pub was very busy. So would suggest to book your table. Mainly Indian food which looked lovely even though we did not eat there. Good access to the toilets and shower blocks.

Disliked The Chemical Waste was full and not very nice.

Liked Very quiet site. Nothing was too much trouble. We went with friends who were camping and we was in a motorhome. Lovely site I would highly recommend it. Went to York for the day got a taxi there and back as only 10 minutes outside of York. Peter was great went out of his way to talk to everyone on site.

Liked It was a lovely place. Did not have food in the cafe. Shop well equipped.

Disliked Showers as there was nowhere to put your clothes only at the back of the door. My shoes got wet.

Liked Small mix up when we arrived but this as soon sorted out. The pub and staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. Food was gorgeous and has plenty. Definitely would go or recommend to friends.

Disliked Could do with more lighting to the only one toilet at the top of the park.
