Liked Friendly hosts, very welcoming. As a female solo camper, this is very reassuring and ensures a feeling of safety. Also welcoming to my dog 🥰
Beautiful views from wherever you decide to pitch or park. So peaceful too.
Immaculately clean toilets.
Lovely direct walk to the dunes and dog friendly end of the beach.
This place will be my go to next time I am in the area!!
Borth was a treat too, to pick up food on the way through for the evening.

Liked the views were beautiful, the camp is minutes from a gorgeous beach & the Pembrokeshire coastal path, local people are so friendly. good variety of people there, from couples to families. dog friendly :)
hot showers and toilets available, washing up facilities too, if needed.
bottom fields are furthest from the toilets, but this didn't bother me at all.
good base for lots of visits to many beautiful places in Pembrokeshire. Campsite is in walking distance to St Davids, well worth a visit to the Cathedral!
I couldn't find where to check in, but got a call from the owner to check up on my check in time, which was appreciated. Sorry I didn't get to meet you!
I even got good internet connection on my phone, didn't need it but useful to know!

Liked The peace, no children, the space due to limited pitches allowed, the facilities super clean and maintained, they are the best ive seen camping (hairdryers available woohoo!) Owners are super friendlyand have made all information about the local area accessable and clear. It's just perfect.
Horse box bar, gazebo with firepit for evening drinks. Just wonderful.
Gorgeous walks nearby, from short strolls to longer yomps which are a short car drive away.
Only thing I'd add is to bring your own food if you dont want to travel for tea and breakfast.
Disliked Having to go home :(

Excellent range of games and things for the kids to do inside. Pool was clean and well kept. Showers and toilets were immaculate. Good size pitch size too.

Shepherd's hut (mountain view)
Liked Excellent location. Good for exploring the area. Bus stop over the road takes you all the way to Keswick for next to nothing. The hut itself was warm, clean and perfect for relaxing after a day's activities. Owners are friendly and provided fresh milk. Little fridge for food. Kettle and tea making items ready there too. Owners also allowed us to store the bike on the last day to save us driving it around. Can't wait to go back.
Disliked Nothing!! Only thing that might be a problem for others is there no cooking facilities in the hut but the pub over the road is very reasonable and do good food.

From the manager: Many thanks for your great review and we hope to see you again ! Yes some top end shepherd's huts offer a full mini kitchen inside the hut, possibly with en suite shower and toilet, whereas others are more basic camping huts with any cookingdone outside and just a bed and use of shared camping toilets and showers. Ours is in between and is more like an en suite double bedroom on wheels. As you say, there is a good pub across the road and also a Pret.
