Liked Lovely lake side large pitch Owners very friendly and helpful even though my French is non existent however by the power of Google translation we got by. The site is a Flowers camping site which we didn't know when we booked Just be aware the owners email us a access code and your pitch to you which arrived about half an hour before we got to the site which I never picked up and was a little confused by the owner trying to tell me in French however we got there in the end. There is a small shop on site that has a small selection of grocery And sells beer which we had the first night ( though not to my wife liking) We had a bit of a problem with the motorhome awning getting damaged due to heavy rain through the night which the owners let me use a set of ladders to get it back in a secured away. Over all a great site for a stop over for the ferry from Dieppe.

Disliked The toilets are z bit run down and be aware there is no toilet seats or no toilet paper provided also no soap at any hand washing Also could be doing with a good clean

Liked It was an OK site We used it as an overnight stop on our way to Newhaven to catch the ferry to France. It's a bit rustic for our liking the toilets and shower need a good Clean and refurbishment I can imagine its a great site when its full and they have entertainment on but nothing on when we were staying not there fault Its the first time my wife refused point blank to use the toilets in a camp sites and we have been motorhome for a few years now So maybe something thay need to address

Disliked Train noise ( not there fault) Toilets need a good refurbishment and what they have needs a good clean.

Liked Friendly staff, a lot off reviews saying shower block needs attention sorry the showers we used were perfectly OK ,hot water, clean and well heated what more can you ask for. The on site bistro and bar was OK a little bit pricey for drinks but staff very friendly and welcoming.
