Liked Beautiful small site - really clean basic facilities of toilets/shower/washing up area (with hot water). Quiet, tranquil, and relaxing with beautiful views across the valley. We've been here before and will come many times again I hope.

Liked Amazing site - beautifully mown peaceful field next to a babbling brook. We had our own water tap and electric which was so convenient. We'll definitely stay here again - we had a lovely time.

Liked This is an amazing place to stay - the pub is really lovely … warm, traditional feel, and a good selection on ales and ciders. We stayed in our caravan in the park at the back and it was so quiet with clean facilities and electric and water right next to the pitch. The staff in the pub were really lovely too and were really helpful when we realised we’d forgotten some essential items in our haste to get away for the weekend! Thoroughly recommended.

Liked Lovely clean site, welcoming and friendly staff, and great facilities. Although the site is quite large the fact that the different areas are sectioned off from each other makes it so that you have the quiet homely feel of a small site, but with the benefits of a large site. Great location too - we'll visit again.

Liked Once again, it was a genuine pleasure to stay at Cresslands. Beautiful, quiet site with access to lovely footpaths and small lanes for running/cycling. The owner is the nicest person you could possibly meet and he keeps the site spotless and beautifully maintained. This is now officially an annual trip for me and my son - quality time you can't put a price on.

Liked Beautiful site with all the essentials. Toilet and shower were very clean, and the pot wash station was really well kitted out. The location was perfect - lovely walks from the site, but also easy access to the lovely town. Close enough to the A1 to be able to get there easily, but plenty far enough away to be absolutely silent at night time. We'll definitely come back.

Liked Beautiful site. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days of peaceful and relaxing father and son time. The site is ideally located for beautiful walks, the facilities have been expertly and sustainably built and are spotlessly clean, the pitches are really quite private with the hedges planted the way they are, and the owner is exceedingly helpful. We will certainly come again - we were very sad to leave.
