The site was really nice

The pub was great, great drinks and food
Staff were really friendly

Noisy neighbours, due to low season there wasn't anyone to monitor this

Perfect our 2nd time now Great facilities clean staff friendly 2 min walk to the george pub Great food lots of things to do in area country walk and on site woods lovely walks with the dog pitches are great water tap on your doorstep electric and plenty of space toilets are clean tidy and as washing machine wash up area if needed

Nothing to dislike

Conveniences, shower toilet and sink in individual rooms offering extra privacy.
Spotless bathroom.
Great pub food.
Given 2 pitches so pitch was huge.

Noise from other guests, 10pm quiet rule does not apply here.

Spacious pitches with hedged border. Toilet and shower facilities very clean and modern. Great location for dog walks along the river bank accessed from the site. Friendly reception staff.

Not aware of WiFi access

We only stayed for a short time but found everything to be clean tidy and every well organised with friendly staff, we would happily recommend it to our friends.

Pitch sizes are fantastic. Great playground for kids, including bouncy castle, fabulous toilet block, really clean. Incredible food at the pub and really lovely lady site manager. Definitely recommend 👌

Lovely pitches good size. Facilities are great individual bathrooms with double showers.

Staff were friendly

Not really dislikes just couple of things a few lights weren’t working down the path to to shower block and it was dark at night. But I’m pretty sure this will be rectified asap

As for our pitch the electric hook position was a bit weird as we had to run our cable across another pitch

Great campsite, stayed here for 4 nights with family members in another tent, asked for our tents to be next to each other. when we arrived lady in reception was very nice, we had tents together as asked, lovely sized pitches with hedges in-between for that bit of extra privacy. The site had bouncy castles on so great for the kids, bathrooms were great and very clean, lovely walks for the kids and dog definitely a campsite to return to

Coming home

Quiet, tranquil setting. Was a very relaxing stay
