What customers say
Gorgeous riverside spot, super quiet with spotless amenities. Owners are a legend – so friendly & helpful! Great for chilling, walking the dog, and soaking up nature. A bit tricky getting up the road sometimes, and Wi-Fi can be spotty, but ace value. Loads want to come back!

Excellent site, right on the river…
Powered concrete slab caravan site (riverside)
Liked Excellent site, right on the river Ceiriog. Great dog walking path along the river. Toilet and shower facilities were clean and tidy.
Unfortunately, weather wasn't great but nice and peaceful to chill out.

A very pleasant, tidy site in a beautiful setting.
Powered concrete slab caravan site (riverside)
Liked We received a very friendly greeting and excellent local knowledge/advice. The pitch was really riverside, private & beautiful. The site appeared immaculate.
The facilities were clean and not too far away, but we didn't use or visit the ELSAN point. The electric appeared consistent(although we didn't use much). The shower was free, hot (but the riser was broken) and clean. A short, easy drive to lots of tourist sights.
Disliked The hard standing itself could have been bigger, it was hard to stay off the surrounding grass when moving around the outside of my small campervan. The grass to the toilet block was very wet (waterlogged?)& the lighting could have been improved, but I had a head torch & the view of the stars compensated!
Beware the steep slope down into the site if towing or bad weather!
No pub within safe walking distance (that we found).

Liked We loved the beautiful aspect of the site. The peaceful and gorgeous steam throughout was spectacular. We will return.
Disliked Not sure why you have to pay an additional £17.50 for 1 dog when there are no additional provisions except off site walks?

Liked We traveled three and a half hours to get here, and it was worth every minute – this place is pure magic, like stepping into a fairy-tale world! We absolutely loved it. Everything was sparkling clean, the baths were immaculate, and the whole place was easy to reach and enjoy. The surroundings were beautiful too, perfect for a relaxing half-day walk.
