What customers say
This revamped, spick-and-span site has roomy, flat pitches & modern, spotless facilities. Guests loved the quiet vibe, handy spot near shops & buses, and friendly owners. Mostly terrific, though EE mobile signal was patchy for some, and toilet block music was loud at night. No drive-over CDP, and better for caravans than motorhomes with wheeled waste tanks.

Immaculate site but beware if using the local pub on a Sunday!!
Powered concrete and grass caravan site
Liked Beautiful toilet, shower, dog wash and dishwash facilities.
Helpful owner.
Disliked Be mindful of the local pub which is advertised on the site.
They made us feel very uncomfortable on the Sunday night as they want to close as soon as the locals leave.
The way the landlady treated us was very impolite- instead of being told that they close once the locals have gone and if we are served another drink it has to be downed quickly. We should have been given an half hour warning at 8.30pm of their intention to close.
This behaviour took the shine off an otherwise nice weekend,
as I felt humiliated.

I am sorry you had had a bad experience at the nearby pub. We have only heard positive things from our guests.

Powered concrete and grass caravan site
Liked Shower and toilet facilities. Quiet site. Level pitch. Well laid out facilities. Easy to get to location. Good pub nearby. Good information in advance regarding pitch number. Map of site and facilities.
Disliked A bit of a distance to carry cassette toilet for emptying as only one CDP on site. More geared up for caravans than motorhomes and those who have wheeled waste tanks.
