What customers say
Peaceful, adult-only site with roomy spots, lovely views & great owners. Basic but spotless facilities, especially hot water. Guests loved the quiet, farm animals & handy spot. Small shop & communal fridge a bonus. Watch out for potential waits at toilets/showers during peak times.

Perfect escape!
Unpowered grass site
Liked Quiet, beautiful views, donkeys, cows.
Great location for cheddar gorge, Glastonbury, wells.
Disliked Only 2 toilets and showers so could be a bit of a wait if you time it wrong - wasn’t an issue for me

We loved our stay and definitely want to come back.
Powered grass site
Liked The tranquility. Cows as neighbours! Small site.
Friendly young family owned.
No children.
Disliked Limited toilet and shower facilities.
Sadly a noisy group of young men and two ladies thought it was ok to laugh and raise voices long into the early hours which disturbed us and other campers. Perhaps a 11.00p.m. curfew could be included in booking information.

Unpowered grass site
Liked Spacious pitches with a lovely view, clean facilities, washing up area with hot water. Helpful messages and a laid back vibe. We had a very relaxing one night stop over. I enjoyed saying hi to the donkeys, too.

Peaceful and great value for money site.
Unpowered grass site
Liked Incredible value for money during the summer season, cannot be beaten! Pitches were massive and plenty of space and it being adults only made it incredibly peaceful and there was a good sunset view. Toilets and showers were pretty nice considering price point.
Girlfriend loved watching the donkeys and cows!

This site is calm and relaxing. We fell in love with it.
Powered concrete and grass caravan site
Liked This campsite was one of the most peaceful sites I have ever stayed on. From morning to evening it was just bird song and calm. We didn’t want to leave!
We stayed on a hard standing pitch with our camper which had plenty of room for the camper, an awning and grass area for us to relax on. Straight opposite our pitch were the 2 donkeys which became our entertainment for our stay. The plan was to finish 2 books but I just couldn’t stop watching the 2 boys!
There’s lots to do in the area with inky a short drive. We loved just relaxing at the site so we didn’t get to visit as much as we had planned. But I think that’s exactly what we both needed.
There is no big posh shower block, but the facilities are perfect and spotless. Hot water always hot and there was never a time where it looked unclean.
The WiFi is also surprisingly brilliant.
We will definitely be back!

Would definitely use again if we had a smaller set up
Unpowered grass site
Liked Small but clean site, never met the owners but very friendly and accommodating when asking to book a couple more days. Extra large pitches not sat on top of each other and very flat.
Disliked NOT A DISLIKE - Found the entrance a little too narrow for our twin axle and LWB T5. Had to unhitch and use motor mover else would have knocked fence.
