Fully-serviced concrete slab caravan site
Liked Easy access, good welcome, great setting with the three lakes which you can fish at additional cost, pitch was a good size and had picnic bench, very handy.plenty of dog walking areas also with dedicated area, We used the bar which was clean and tidy, WiFi at club area ,breakfast was very good and well priced, thoroughly enjoyed the site and will return
Disliked Only downside bar drink prices little bit high maybe and odd bits of rubbish along tree/hedge/ fence areas, could be a bit noisy for some as near main road

I would say the site is…
Fully-serviced grass site (jumbo)
Liked I would say the site is very clean and the wash/ cleaning areas are more than adequate and camping areas are spacious and well maintained, the fishing lakes are lovely and well stocked, but I think if youve paid for the site, the fishing should be free, like other sites I have stayed on.
Disliked For me this is where the experience goes sour, the " Country club ", the prices are high so you expect exceptional quality. Me personally, if i am paying these prices, I do not expect to get my own cutlery, and have your condiments to come in packets like a transport cafe. I had what was claimed as the " Butchers burger" at £14, it was awful and doubt it had seen a butcher, it was a normal processed burger like a burger chain. Non of us finished any of our meals, and we sat at the table for over an hour and nobody collected the plates, and there were very little people in the bar.
Sorry but one other thing, we asked if we could watch the racing at Epsom, which they did for us, only for what I would say is a regular at the bar, changing the channels many times, to watch other races he had bets on..
I dont like leaving bad reviews, but the site was let down for me, with my " country club" experience.

Disliked Showers!!!!!!!!! It would be impossible to wash your hair especially for females with long hair. One press of button lasts less than 10 seconds. Ridiculous.

Liked The shower and toilet facilities were impeccably maintained, as were the laundry and dishwashing amenities. The site itself was well-kept, and the Country Club is highly recommended for a visit. The camping plots offer generous space, accommodating large tents and vehicle parking with ease.
Disliked No freezer availabile on site to freeze ice packs for cooler box.
