What customers say
This organised farm campsite boasts stunning sea/countryside views, roomy pitches & a chilled vibe. Staff are a gem, shop's well-stocked, cafe/bar serves tasty grub & local cider. Toilets/showers are usually clean with hot water. Great for dogs, with coastal paths & farm critters nearby. Minor gripes: long grass & rare facility cleans.

Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked Farm was very clean and staff were friendly and inviting. When first arrived was welcomed at reception and provided very useful information about the farm and a map of the surrounding area which was helpful.
There were also cold water taps jotted around the site which was convenient.
Toilet and shower blocks were clean and the showers were clean and the rain fall shower heads were refreshing with the heat.
Onsite shop/bar were well equipped with all the essential items.
Overall a great stay and will definitely be visiting again.
Disliked Nothing. Site was clean and staff were helpful & friendly.

Nous avons pris le temps de prendre un cream tea sur place, ainsi qu'un english breakfast, nous nous sommes régalés

Liked Lovely views, friendly festival atmosphere, good cider, local walks to the valley of the rocks
Disliked Very large and busy site, we felt quite hemmed in by other vans and tents and had no view sadly once the site had filled up.

Very flexible arrival and departure times.
Great path from campsite to coast path, well signposted. Lovely to see all the farm animals on the way down to Lee Bay.

Great place to stay with good facilities and food
Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked Great facilities. Food was really good and reasonably priced. Cider was lovely, which was made at the farm. Well stocked shop, selling just about everything you could possibly need.
Disliked The weather was sometimes too hot, but nothing to do with Caffyn’s!

Campsite itself and staff lovely 5/5 but facilities could do with TLC
Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked Brilliant Staff
Nice Location
Beautiful Views
Food in Barn was very yummy
Disliked Grass was rather long so found lots of ticks on my partner and I. Bathrooms mostly clean but some guests left mess, not much the staff can do about that though. Showers hot only, no temperature control which in a heatwave wasn't brilliant. Bring flip flops to shower in, decking immediately outside shower traps a lot of dirt mud and hair. Moldy shower curtains
Bit expensive for what you get
