Group bookings of 2 or more units (e.g. tent, caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.- No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed on site.
- Bookings must not be for more than 21 consecutive nights.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- Units longer than 8 metres are not allowed.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the campground/park are unlit.
- Tents and units with awnings are allowed on the grass pitches for maximum 7 nights. 'Stealth' campervans are not allowed on-site: commercial vehicles must be fully converted to campervan and have side and rear windows.

Liked Absolutely EVERYTHING!
What a delightful place to stay. We turned up early and there was no issue. We were helpfully directed to our pitch, which was a stunning area in a quiet corner, under tbe trees. This being a small site, everything is very close, so you don't have to trek miles to get water etc. And the site is absolutely spotless, with well tended grass and gravel pitches, to spotless showers, toilets, laundry, and washing up areas. There was a dog walking section, where you can let your dog off with peace of mind, as the area is clean and secure and poo bags are provided. The little shop sold a range of things including a much needed electric extension lead and Scoop dog ice cream!
And to top it all - Barely Meadow is child free, being an adults only site, so the peace was beautiful and endless. This is such an amazing place. We didn't want to leave. It was full of peace and friendly people.

Only stayed 2 nights but it was central to a lot of the walks we wanted to do. Everyone seemed very friendly

Smashing site, very well run - immaculate

Liked Site very well run and grounds immaculate. Facilities always clean, water hot. Farm shop about 5 minute walk. Beautiful country side nearby, Castle Drogo and Fingle Bridge walkable, albeit a bit steep in places!
One of the nicest sites we’ve used, definitely return.

Liked Lovely big pitches all hard standing but pegs were easy to get in for awning liked it so much going back in August and rates are very reasonable would definitely recommend
