  • Spa, fishing lakes, heated pool and a range of bars and restaurants
Book a coastal Cornish stay at Trevornick Holiday Park, set up to cater for the whole family: this well-equipped site will accommodate you doing as much (or as little) as you please on holiday. Alongside luxury necessities including toilet/shower blocks, family bathrooms, a launderette and a grocery shop, Trevornick has a wide range of extras for all ages such as an outdoor heated pool, a Jacuzzi, a toddlers' pool and a tranquillity spa. Tee off on the 18-hole pitch and putt and par-three golf courses, soak up views of the beach made famous by BBC’s Poldark, and try your hand at the miniature golf course… or sit back at one of Trevornick’s fishing ponds: there are two to try your luck at. Dogs are catered for at Trevornick too: all accommodation types have dog-friendly options, and dedicated on-site facilities include a dog-walking field and a dog wash shower station. It's always worth taking note of what facilities are open during the different seasons here, as things vary according to the time of year. If you go during peak time, book yourself into the Tranquility Spa for a treatment (or two)… the kids won’t even notice you’re gone while they're at the forest trail with its underground tunnel and zipwire.

What customers say

A tidy, friendly park with ace facilities near the beach. Spacious sites and a ripper pool complex, good food & helpful staff. Great for families, though Wi-Fi can be dodgy & some sites are a bit sloped. Still, mostly ace!

Liked My visit was just out of the main season.
Yeah I really liked the place. Plenty of space and the pitches were more generous than some. Toilets and showers were very clean and not busy, probably due to the time of my visit.
Some facilities weren’t available but that didn’t spoil my visit. Whilst not used, the pool area looked great, superb for young families. I preferred to take the stroll to the beach and swim in the sea.
A nice site that I wouldn’t think twice about for a return visit.

Disliked Just very small gripes really, our pitch was on a very slight incline and sometimes we did move a bit whilst sleeping and I would have preferred just a few more degrees in the shower water temperature.

From the manager: Thanks so much for your kind words! We're glad you enjoyed the space, clean facilities, and peaceful atmosphere during your visit. It's great to hear the beach swim was a highlight!

Liked Friendly site with lots to do. Nice scenic walk over steep sand dunes to our favorite beach! Toilets and showers were good and kept clean.

Disliked Toilets were a bit far from our pitch. Most pitches were on a slope so bring chucks.

From the manager: Thanks for the lovely review! We're so happy you enjoyed the walks, especially over the dunes to your favorite beach. Great to hear the facilities met your expectations too, we’ll pass that on to the team!

Liked Cleanliness, pool opening regardless of the weather, toilet /showers were immaculate.
Short walk to the beach.

Disliked Entertainment and staff were very poor.
Example : Paining session
2 tables set up with paper and paint, 2 entertainment staff sat behind desk on their phone with 0 involvement with the activities.

From the manager: Thanks for the great review! We're so pleased you enjoyed the clean facilities, all-weather pool, and the easy walk to the beach.
I will pass your comments onto our entertainment manager to look into, We hope to welcome you back again next year

Liked Everything!! What a beautiful and clean site. So many options for eating out of the tent. Staff all so polite. Pitch was grassy and soft. But the biggest plus for us as a family was the cleanliness of the toilets and showers!!! Suburb. The doggy shower ❤️

Disliked Nothing

Liked We enjoyed many aspects of our stay at Trevornick. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. The facilities were plentiful, clean, and well looked after.
We also appreciated how dog-friendly the site is – the walking fields, dog bathing area, and the fact that dogs were welcome in the pub and arcade were all great touches. Our children loved the onsite entertainment, and the food was very good and averagely priced . The map was also clear and easy to follow.

Disliked The only difficulty we had was being pitched on one of the highest points of the site. The wind there was extremely strong and, despite securing our tent well, it was almost damaged. This did impact our overall enjoyment. I would recommend that tents are not placed on the very exposed pitches at the top of Hay Field (our pitches were 626, 634) as these seem particularly vulnerable in windy conditions.
Perhaps the park could consider advising guests in advance about the exposed nature of these pitches so they can make an informed choice.

Liked Ample pitch space.
Friendly staff

Disliked Wifi doesn't work(all access points on same spectrum, run out of IP address) fixable if you know what your doing.

Take away onsite are higher than london prices but lower quality.

Some heavily slopped pithes

From the manager: Thanks for the kind words! We're glad you appreciated the spacious pitches and our friendly team.
With regards to our wifi, looking back at the logs, we didint run out of IP addresses this summer, our access points auto assign frequencies every night after scanning for environment changes.
Hope to see you again soon!

Local attractions

Backdrops don’t come much better than Trevornick… overlooking Gull Rocks and with National Trust-protected Holywell Bay beach steps away making up a mile-long stretch of sand, dunes, rockpools and waves. A surf school is a couple of minutes' drive from the park (or about 20 minutes' hike via the South West Coast Path). And then… onto Fistral beach (10 minutes), the famed setting of the Boardmasters festival and a fine spot to stop off at even if you're not into the surf. Close to Fistral and about a 15-minute drive from Trevornick await Newquay Aquarium and Newquay Zoo, as well as the town's restaurants and shops… plus surf shops if you seek to buy or hire more kit. The Eden Project is about a 40-minute drive from Trevornick, just on the opposite side of the peninsula via the A30; make a day of it and drive an extra 15 minutes down the road to Carlyon Bay while you’re there so you can say you’ve seen the ocean from both sides. Head south from Trevornick for an hour or so to arrive at Land’s End for photos, or drive half an hour for photoshoots at Carnewas and Bedruthan Steps. Also make some time for Falmouth’s excellent maritime museum (45 minutes) and the National Trust Elizabethan house Trerice (15 minutes) for further peaceful times indoors.
