Top dog-friendly spot with cracking views & a warm vibe. Owners are legend, site's pure, no-frills camping. Handy bus to Looe, food's close, nursery's a bonus. Great value, spick and span, loads wanna come back.

Unpowered grass motorhome site

Liked Super friendly basic site, close to Looe. I visited for two nights to meet up with some work friends and was warmly welcomed straight away. Clean and tidy, spaced apart pitches with plenty of room. If you’re self contained it’s ideal. There is a portaloo if not and bins for rubbish/recycling.
Would definitely use again.

Unpowered grass motorhome site

Liked Tidy little spot, run by great folks with a lovely little cafe and plant nursery. It was perfect for a couple of nights. There is traffic noise which is more obvious during the day than night, it didn't bother us at all as we were out all day and slept like logs when we were back at night. The coddy shack next door for fish and chips is excellent and worth a shout out. Quality food and super convenient. We will definitely visit again!

Liked This is a peaceful and beautiful site. There are great views of the Cornish country side. It was an ideal base for accessing costal path between Polruan and Cremyll Point.

Unpowered grass motorhome site

Liked Friendly welcoming owners. Lovely views across farmland and fields and the on-site garden nursery is a bonus for gardeners. Walking distance to Looe town or bus stop opposite.

Disliked The main Looe road can be a little noisy early morning.

Unpowered grass motorhome site

Liked Wow! This is the best of “back to basics” camping! Views that are the envy of the larger neighbouring campsites with a wee coffee-dock in the nursery. Stephen, your genial host, is bringing all his own camping experience to bear as he slowly builds up this campsite.

Be warned though, the nursery has a great range of competitively priced plants, so make sure you have left space in your van for your journey home.

We will definitely be back to stay again!
