This quiet, roomy campsite has clean facilities & helpful hosts. Guests love its handy spot for West Cornwall, great views & tidy pitches (some with hedges). Glamping pods & shepherd's huts are kitted out. Wi-Fi can be spotty & a few showers/toilets are a bit small/dated, but management is fixing it.

A glamping delight
Wild Field bell tent
Liked Everything. This place is a gem. We spent three nights in one of the bell tents and I only wish I could have stayed longer. Everything you could need is provided, you only need towels. The toilets and showers were really clean and the showers had hot water at the perfect temperature every time. The wildlife around added to the charm. Great beaches nearby and Portleven which is charming is a very short drive away. Would definitely stay again

Liked If you're after a quiet, basic site, then this will be perfect. Great size pitches and was able to choose where I wanted. Very reasonably priced. Even the hairdryers were good for a campsite. Fantastic location for exploring West Cornwall.

Everything, this was our second time…

Liked Everything, this was our second time here and loved every minute, so chuffed our two weeks flew by so fast. The site is quiet and spacious, conveniently located close to fabulous beaches, lovely towns, great walks. Showers and toilets always clean and well stocked. Lee and his family are great hosts.

Liked The pod was of a high standard, comfortable, clean and the hot tub was a great addition. Lee gave us a great introduction to the pod. We had a brilliant stay and will recommend it to others. The view from the pod is also wonderful.

Liked A nice spacious campsite with friendly coffee bar and occasional pizza.
Disliked Would be useful to have a communal fridge & charging station for those without hookup.

We will happily charge phones etc. at the house, but a communal charging point could be useful. A fridge is definitely something to consider, we did have one previously but for various reasons, we removed it. We do have a freezer, you would have seen this of course, but for the benefit of people reading this, we have a freezer for ice packs and where ice packs can also be borrow, always good to bring a cool-box/bag.

Absolutely excellent stay!

Liked What wasn't there to like. This was an exceptional campsite with great facilities. Small hedges made our pitch feel a little more private. The freezer in the main building was great for keeping our ice packs frozen.
Disliked There wasn't anything to dislike.
