What customers say

Great spot near a cracker beach. Campers rave about the roomy, flat sites & awesome views. Staff are legend, and the pool & entertainment are a hit with families. A few guests reckon some facilities need a spruce-up and there was the odd bit of noise.

Liked Parkup spot super close to the beach, better access than most fancy lodges! Didn't swim, but saw the pool and it looked great.
Friendly and organised check in.
Toilet and shower block a little dated but had everything you need.

Disliked nothing to report

Liked Area of site

Disliked Shower/toilet facilities were obviously not regularly checked or cleaned they were extremely dirty, they are also in need of a full upgrade!
No wifi available to use in any accommodation on site!
No allocated pitches so little choice of a decent pitch.
Uneven pitches. Pot holes everywhere on and around touring pitches/facilities. Huge steep sand dunes to access beach. Miserable, rude staff. Booked for four nights, left after one night. Will not be returning!!

Liked Near to bus stop for easy access to St Ives etc.

Disliked Showers didn't stay on for more than a few seconds at a time, also shower block doors were constantly propped open making it cold.

Club house/bar very expensive.

Liked We like this site, our 3rd visit now. Firstly, you can pick your own pitch so if you don't like your neighbour after the first day, you can move pitch! Secondly there is a bus stop outside the main gates with bus services into Truro in one direction and St Ives in the other. There is a Lidl a couple of hundred yards down the road. Direct access to the lovely beach. Great value for money.

Disliked Nothing.

Liked The location is fabulous. Easy walk over the dunes and down to a beautiful beach. We enjoyed the indoor pool, heated and well maintained.
The pitch was a good size, pretty much level and if the weather allows you can catch a lovely sunrise coming up over the dunes.

Disliked We decided to treat ourselves to some food at the bistro bar as the pictures looked amazing… needless to say what we ordered looked nothing like the pictures. Just about everything we asked for they didn’t have… it was pretty terrible! Some things people ordered looked ok from a distance… but I really wish I hadn’t bothered…

Liked Liked that there were lots of facilities and options. Loved the beach and views

Disliked This is just my preference too big a site I did not need all that was available. Would like something smaller and rural . Bit disappointing that there was dog mess on route to beach by lazy dog owners
