What customers say
This pop-up campsite offers a back-to-basics experience in a beautiful, peaceful spot with stunning lake & fell views. Guests rave about friendly owners, ample space & clean loos. No showers/tap water (spring water on-site but not for drinking), fire pits for hire. Narrow access roads. Ideal for a remote, relaxing nature escape near walks.

Really great base for walkers. Surrounded by Wainwrights.
Unpowered grass campervan site
Liked The views over the lake and the surrounding fells are amazing. The hosts were just lovely and both popped in to say hello. Very basic facilities, toilets and cold water tap but thats literally all we needed. Location is remote with no shops walkable however the fells are right there for you to climb so perfect for us. Just go prepared. Not overly far from Keswick and busier places if you want to venture out. Amazing sunsets and stargazing spot.
