What customers say
This chill, friendly spot has heaps of room and great river walks. The pub gets rave reviews for its ripper tucker, good prices, and welcoming vibe. Facilities are tidy enough, though some reckon they're a bit basic or mentioned shower fees/water pressure. The owner's often called a legend for being helpful.

Liked The location is brilliant for our purposes; communication was good and everything was ready for our arrival. Separate to the accommodation, we eat in the restaurant every year; the food is always good but this year, it was excellent.
Disliked The room was a bit cool, feeling almost damp on arrival, which is probably inevitable bearing in mind the location. The accommodation is very basic but this is reflected in the price.

Liked Spacious, super quiet, pub was fab, food was amazing. Everyone who worked there was so friendly. Toilets always spotless, very laid back feel.
Disliked The only thing we didn’t like so much was paying £1 for 2 mins warm water on shower was difficult with small children, however I’m assuming this is a sustainability measure which I appreciate. Would not stop us returning we loved it!
