What customers say
Eden Grange gets a wrap for its stunning, chill vibes & super friendly staff. Grounds, cabins & pods are spotless, with many having awesome hot tubs. The food at the restaurant is a winner. Most reckon it's spot on, though a few had gripes about the cafe shutting early, pricey tucker, tricky pitch access 'cause of fishos, and zilch local shops. Some thought dog fees were steep, and a few niggles like basic tea trays popped up.

We felt disappointed. Friendly staff. Clean pod .
Snowdrop camping pod (adults only, no pets)
Liked The staff were really friendly.
Liked the location of the pod . It was very private. It was very clean.
Bed was very comfortable.
Lovely shower.
Disliked Too expensive for what was provided.
The hot tub filter wasn’t clean and the water was a bit murky .
Tea tray was a bit stingy . Just one coffee satchel each and a couple of loose tea bags.
One hand towel provided and 2 smallish towels provided to be used for both shower and hot tub. I would have appreciated to be told to bring towels . We were using wet towels after the first dip in hot tub so we were very uncomfortable. Nowhere to hang wet things .
No extras like bathrobes provided .
Food available but at hours I didn’t want.
(3-5) Breakfast available at 10.
Checkout at 10 am but staff cleaning hot tub 9:30 am
Sounds of drills and hammers from check in until about 5:45 pm which affected the tranquility of my experience.
My daughter and I both complained of ear ache after the visit. Considered it could be from a dirty hot tub filter.

Fully-serviced concrete slab motorhome site
Liked - Easy and smooth check-in process.
- Very friendly and welcoming staff.
- Clean and well-maintained toilet facilities.
- Quiet, secluded motorhome pitches – great for a peaceful stay.
- Walkable to the Locomotion Museum, which was a great local attraction.
Disliked - Access to some pitches was awkward due to anglers blocking the way. When we asked them to move on departure day, a few were quite rude.
- The on-site café closes early, and the food was poor quality and overpriced (£7 for scrambled eggs!).
- There’s not much else in the local town. We walked around in the evening and sadly experienced some harassment from locals, which left us feeling uncomfortable.

Liked Great site in an outstanding setting. Walks around the lakes were pretty. Layout is great. We were in our VW Camper . The glamping pods looked gorgeous ! Much more to come too apparently. Was a pleasure to meet Stuart who is very passionate about upgrading his site and adding lovely extras for guests.
So we would like to wish Stuart and his family/team all the best with their site.
Hopefully we will get to return in the future.
Kind Regards
Simon and Sarah
