What customers say
This neat park boasts ace views & a chilled vibe. Cleanliness, ace staff, & great facilities like roomy spots & spick-and-span loos/showers get a huge thumbs up. Critters on-site & nearby sights/walks are a winner. A few noted road noise & busy loos at busy times.

Unpowered grass tent site
Liked I liked the laid back approach that you can just pitch up in a space. We picked a quiet corner with the llarmas behind us. The facilities were nice and clean. We hired a fire pit which was a nice option, although I did think this was a little pricey but you do get a lot of wood! We ended up giving extras to others around the site.

Lovely site, facilities and location
Unpowered grass tent site
Liked Lovely campsite, good facilities (regularly cleaned) and you can hire a fire pit too which is a really nice way to spend an evening. The views over the fields and the sounds of the sheep make it a lovely ambience. The owners came round every evening to check things were OK and work hard to keep the campsite in great condition. We had a wonderful few days and would definitely recommend as a base for exploring Castleton, Mam Tor, Buxton and Bakewell areas.
Disliked Nothing, thank you for a great stay.

Liked Spacious pitches, lovely little family site. The kids loved it perfect for families. This would be perfect if they had a little park at the bottom too.

Liked Flat pitch with gorgeous views. Great amenities, clean toilets, showers and a pot washing station. Also, a charging station (I didn’t use this but I thought this was fab).
We did a lovely walk from the site up to Peter’s stone.
There are goats and sheep too, which added to the experience!
Disliked Nothing, this site was exactly what we needed - a relaxing weekend away.
