Μου άρεσε Check in process was easy and Tom/Rue were in touch to help us on the day. Lovely facilities at base and although the hut was well distanced from other camps, there was a friendly community buzz at base. The short signposted walks from the site were gorgeous.

Μου άρεσε The views! Also the site is far from roads and so quiet :) we loved all the farm animals, particularly the cats and gem the dog. Vic and Barbra were very welcoming and generous with their time. Star gazing at night was lovely too. The shepherds hut is wonderful, very simple so come prepared to wash up outside but equipped with really helpful touches like a power, a brilliant kettle and a gorgeous Welsh blanket. The stove was great, we also made use of the picnic tables and bbq on site. Check out komoot for some lovely circular walks that intersect with the site. Thanks for having us! We will be back! X

Μου άρεσε The site, the amount of space, the relaxed ambience and the pub and it’s garden.

Δεν μου άρεσε Only two toilets, one in a bathroom for whole campsite after hours which could use a bit more attention. No washing up sink/facilities.

Μου άρεσε The views, the village, the general ambience, the proximity to the moors for great walks. 4G and full signal! Very relaxed and friendly place. Highly recommend.

Δεν μου άρεσε Could do with another shower block, a second washing up station..
