Μου άρεσε Our pitch was fairly level and surrounded by trees. It was late season and quite peaceful. The gentleman at reception was friendly. I was grateful for the use of the efficient industrial washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry area which was a reasonable price.

Δεν μου άρεσε I was disappointed with the view of the lake from our pitch as it was at a distance. However the surrounding vista was pretty. The lake isn't very big and maybe a lot of the water has evaporated during the summer. The facilities were a little far from the pitch. I broke my slipper and purchased a pair of Camping Paradis slippers/flip flops at reception which I later regretted because it cost 15 euros and really was way overpriced. It was not at all clear where the chemical disposal and grey waste points were. I believe they were in a cubicle in the ladies toilet area which is bizarre and inappropriate.

Μου άρεσε We stayed here twice, en route to the south and then again on our return journey to Calais. We find it a lovely and relaxing campsite and the proprietor is a very friendly, likeable man who speaks good English.

Μου άρεσε This campsite had a lovely atmosphere. Our pitch was a good size and close to the amenities which were clean and the showers were nice and hot. We only stayed one night en route back to Calais but we were very happy with our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Μου άρεσε Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very friendly and kindly gentleman who spoke perfect English. This campsite had a lovely and homely atmosphere. The facilities were clean and I especially liked the large and personal shower rooms. There was ample space in the laundry and washing up room. Fresh bread provided in the mornings. Close walking distance to the lovely village. I loved the gentle sound of the church bells. I would recommend staying here and if I’m ever in the area again I would return.

Μου άρεσε We only stayed here for one night but found it to be very relaxed and peaceful. Simon was very helpful and friendly. We walked around the fishing lakes which is a very pretty area. It is the perfect spot if you are into fishing and also very convenient for Dover.

Μου άρεσε This campsite is very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our stay was very peaceful. We were located close to a tap and near the river.

Μου άρεσε We enjoyed our two nights stay here. We found the facilities were very clean, the staff were friendly and the site was very peaceful and laid back. There were lovely woodland/forest walks and countryside walks from the site. The pitches were well spaced out.

Μου άρεσε After a long and tiring journey it’s comforting to be greeted with a warm friendly face from the lady at reception. She was very helpful and showed us to our accommodation. We stayed in a tent which had comfortable beds and a lovely balcony. The surrounding area is lovely with lots of trees and shrubs. We only stayed a night as we were heading south.

Μου άρεσε We stayed for three nights at this lovely caravan park. We found all the staff we came across really friendly and helpful. We were completely self contained so did not use the facilities so cannot comment on this but I would imagine the standard was good as the place was well looked after and the surrounding gardens very attractive with lots of flowers and trees. We would recommend staying here and the location is ideally situated to many places of interest. Also we felt very secure at this site. We hope to return again one day.

Μου άρεσε We were met at the entrance by Amy who is so lovely, friendly and welcoming. She was very helpful with a problem we had. The site was very clean and peaceful with lovely views of the surrounding countryside.
