Μου άρεσε Second time here for us, the site is nice and tidy and Andy is a very pleasant guy always happy to help if there's any problems. And the food in the restaurant is sublime and not small portions either, bar staff are very friendly too.

Μου άρεσε Great weekend in the caravan, nice campsite very spacious. We had no complaints, owner is very friendly and the food in the restaurant is absolutely beautiful I can highly recommend this site.

Μου άρεσε Friendliness, big open space, woods, kids can just go off on their bikes into woods and explore, giving adults time to relax by tent, owner is so friendly and helpful, this was our 3rd stay here and will definitely return again.

Δεν μου άρεσε Quite a few big holes around tent, probably from dogs digging.

Από τον διαχειριστή: Lovely to see you again - thanks for the great review - the soil is very sandy so we do get a few holes - sometimes dogs, sometimes wildlife, sometimes children - they think they are on the beach! Give us a shout if there are too many near you next time and we will get them filled.

Μου άρεσε Liked the peace and quiet, not too far from town.

Δεν μου άρεσε Disliked the caravan owners walking their dogs on our field because it was separate to have a crap when the kid's were playing on the field. Not camping there again.

Από τον διαχειριστή: Good afternoon Martine. First of all, many thanks for staying at our site and also the comments / feedback given. If possible, I would just like to address a few of your points. "Caravan owners walking the dogs on our field" As you can appreciate after visiting our site, we have a lot of families who like to bring dogs and we are a dog friendly site. All dogs are kept on leads and owners are informed to pick up after their dogs in the event their dogs leave a mess. Unfortunately the way you have worded your comments makes it sound like the camping field is full of dog poo, which is not the case. "Owner needs an attitude adjustment, rude at times, doesn't like tents". I'm guessing on this point you might be referring to myself (Eric), however I'm not sure at which point I was rude. Was it when I smiled and said good morning to each of your party when I walked past or was it the time I tried to help you out with an electrical cable and extension as you were having issues with electric. I cant help but think this comment might be based on the time I spoke with the 2 male members of your party who were acting suspiciously in my caravan storage area, looking into caravan windows, checking hitch locks and finally opening a caravan door to look inside.....As I'm sure you can appreciate, we have a duty of care to caravans in our storage yard so forgive me if I possibly sound rude when telling people not to open caravan doors when the caravan doesn't belong to them. Anyway, with all that being said, I wish you happy camping in the future....
