Μου άρεσε Showers were properly hot (the one I had was too hot!). Hot water for washing up. Having access to hot running water just makes the campsite so much nicer. Loads of space, lots of options for flat pitches. Quiet hours 8pm - 8am mean that the site is nicely peaceful in the evening. Nice small play area for children. Jurassic Pork food hut on site for breakfast and dinner if you need it. Plenty of toilets and showers which were beautifully clean and well looked after. Just simply the best campsite I’ve been on. It doesn’t have electricity or a swimming pool or a bar on site or anything like that. It’s a basic campsite, but does “basic” brilliantly

Μου άρεσε Lovely big field in a wonderfully peaceful location with freedom to pitch where you wanted. Level pitches with just the right density of soil for tent pegs. Immaculate toilets and showers. Friendly owners who were there if you needed them. Really just a lovely site.

Μου άρεσε Visited for one night. Lovely clean site, on-site cafe/shop. Clean toilets. Helpful and welcoming hosts. Nice playing field for children to play in as the part for tents was small (12 pitches, I think) so having a separate field for them to play in was very nice. This is a lovely site that has a countryside feel to it, but isn't in the middle of nowhere! Will be going back as it's nice and local to me.

Δεν μου άρεσε My pitch wasn't completely level - wasn't horrendous, but was a bit of a learning experience for me. Will pitch my tent better next time.

Μου άρεσε Wonderful campsite. Lovely attentive owners, fantastic hot, clean showers and sufficient of them for the size of the site. Big pitches nicely laid out and with bushes separating them so some wind and noise shelter. Nice little play area for small children. Fridge freezer for use and even a socket or two if you’re not on an electric pitch. Firewood was well priced and good quality. This is the perfect campsite.

Μου άρεσε Peaceful clean site, clean toilet and shower. Shower was hot. Easy supply of water. Our particular pitch was level and the ground wasn’t rocky. This is a basic site and if you go expecting that, you won’t be disappointed. If you have a big tent (ours is 3 pole/4 person), don’t pick our pitch (Valley View) as it was on the smaller size (the sizes are mentioned on the website for you to check). The sky at night was incredible!

Δεν μου άρεσε The firewood sold by the site owner included chipboard/contiboard and plywood which is really really bad to burn (mainly because of the glue).

Από τον διαχειριστή: Thanks for your review. Lovely to hear you enjoyed the beautiful Welsh night sky. Our wood baskets are mainly made up of dried Ash logs however we do provide kindling using offcuts of other wood as we aim to recycle and reuse whenever possible.
