The site is very clean and run by a great couple who go above and beyond.Mat was on hand for any questions and went out of his way to get an answer(thanks)Nice spacious plot in lovely surroundings, washing facilities nice and clean with plenty of hot water.The site is in a great area,surrounded by vineyards and rustic villages with plenty of history.The fresh baguette and current twirly cake thing i had every morning was spot on.I had a great 4 nights and wish Mat & Kim all the best.

Μου άρεσε The receptionist. Clean and fully functional toilet block.Close to the beach and the 2 decent bars on the beach that welcomed you.The pitch was ok.

Δεν μου άρεσε This is not a very nice site for various reasons. The unpleasant bar staff are just outright ignorant towards the tourist,had 1 coffee there and didn't go back.The site has a fair amount of permanent statics,with big families in them.The noise is horrendous, the decibel level is high from 09.00 to gone past midnight.Boys riding round on electric pit bikes, kids of all ages shouting and screaming along with the parents. I was booked and payed for 7 nights,I lasted 4 and left.

In high season the site can indeed be lively, especially with families, and we always do our best to manage noise and ensure everyone enjoys their stay. We also take note of your comments about the bar staff to keep improving. We hope you might give us another chance in the future under quieter conditions.

Μου άρεσε Absolutely nothing.

Δεν μου άρεσε This site is a hole.Council estate on steroids just doesn't cover it.From the reception i received, I just knew what was instore.The pitch was surrounded by grubby permanent statics and utter sheds.Who ever said this was a quite site(the reason I booked it)wants a talking to.The non stop shouting/screaming/crying till long into the night was something to behold.5 kids setting up a tent on my pitch,a dog coming into my awning and another dog pissing on it.Absolutly no respect whatsoever, shrugged there shoulders when I had the temerity to say something. I was booked and payed for 6 nights,I lasted 2 and couldn't get away quick enough.No point talking to the owners,it would have made no difference. You know the type of site it's going to be when they unroll the extension reel for you to plug into.Be warned,enter at your own risk. And the reason they charge for the pool(utterly surprised no-one has worked it out)is because it's a virtual permanent site with tenants, it's run like a council pool.Same reason no toilet paper/soap. I couldn't get away quick enough.

Μου άρεσε Not often I say this but I liked everything about this site.The best site in France I've been to.Pitch was huge,facilities spot on,nice and relaxed.The reception sorted me out when i managed to arrive 2 days early.Lovely short walk via the river to the local town(20 minutes on me crutch)Opposite direction via the river is a bakery and Intermanche and a bar on the way back in the village. The restaurant on site was OK,I had the biggest steak they did for €45,was a whopper and tasty. Toilets clean and well serviced,washing machines that add there own detergent for€7(card only) Short drive up some cracking roads to Andorra(worth the trip for the spirits alone) Overall a great stay,would use again if down that way.

Μου άρεσε Cracking site,really liked it here.Ian was very informative and helpful, let me set up early after the 12 hour drive from Essex.Pitch's are nice big and as good as level.Place was spotless and plenty of hot water .Train station 5 minute walk away (only 3 trains a day either way)Bus stop 10 minute walk away(don't allow dogs but you may get away if you can carry it) 2 pubs a south walk away,1st doesn't allow dog,the 1 a couple more minutes away does. Close enough to most things like the Isle of Skye, Loch Ness and the like and a short drive to the Commando monument at Spean Bridge (sp) There is a great walk along the river and into the woods or some spots to do a bit of stone skimming, me dog couldn't make head nor take of it but was happy trying to get the stones. Should I ever be in this part of the world again, here is where I'll be going.Thanks.

Μου άρεσε We liked the big pitches,toilets were nice and clean and showers were spot on.Tried one of the evening food vans (curry type dish)which was ok for the money. 15 minute stroll into town and a short tram ride to the railway museum. Would stay again if down that part of the world. Overall for the price,can't grumble.
