Μου άρεσε Very quiet site only us and one other couple. The tent was clean and beds very confortable ( we took our own bedding for convenience being only 1 night ) the toilets were spottlessly clean as was the shower. The little details of soap etc was a bonus. The washibg facility was basic but served a purpose. We boiled some water to add to the sink for the dishes . The spacing between the tents is adequate . The owners very pollite and friendly . We didnt use the hot tubs due to being last minute but they look well setup . The stars from the thent were stunning ! Sky watching from the comfort of your bed ! Win win .

Μου άρεσε The small site was more peaceful , especially for a bank holiday weekend , it meant there was no large groups screaming and shouting when you have to be up for a hike . The owner was polite and welcoming and the site was well setup.

Δεν μου άρεσε I can't lie I will never be a portaloo fan , I'd rather go in a Bush due to the fact people destroy them and the smell travels for miles ,which is unfortunately what we could smell from our tent many of time through the evening . On a positive campers around us had intense which helped dramatically and this is not the owners fault it comes with the setup unfortunately. We weren't sure if we could have just paid for 1 pitch as our 3 tents alone took up less space than every other tent in the field which would have been nice to be clarified in the booking description to avoid possibly over paying vs others ? But it was still cheap enough so no major complaints

Μου άρεσε From the moment we arrived on the site it felt so calm and relaxed . Being an adult only camp site meant no screaming kids and just relaxed atmosphere and well organised pitches. The couple running the site were so friendly and honestly couldn't have felt more welcomed. The pitches are so well set out and maintained with each having its own fire pit table top style setup to avoid the grass being damaged . Bins located around the fields for regular clearance. Beautiful views , sunset and the lovely equine neighbours to watch as it sets was a beautiful touch .

Δεν μου άρεσε The none electric pitches are slightly further than the glazing pods and electric pitches , meaning no close proximity toilet facilities of an evening so ensure you have your torch incase you need to wander as the fields undulate quite a bit under foot .

Μου άρεσε What's not to like .... fields , views , tranquility , nature , kind hosts .... If you are one who hates the hustle and chaos of standard campsites and being shoehorned in like sardines , get pwllyn farm! Pitches spread out in beautiful wild flowers meadows you'd think you were all alone if it wasn't for your walk up to the communal barn . Communal barn , camp cooking facilities , hot showers , mugs for a good old brew , logs for your camp fire (a bargain I add ! ) and an honesty corner for when you just don't want to leave site, but need that sugar fix or milk for that brew whilst you gaze at the stars during a cold evening. The hosts were so inviting and checked in with anybody that looked a little lost.... and I also mean the 2 lovely site dogs who that good morning tail wag just to set your day off right . Views of pen y fan to start your day with the location being fantastic , walks on your doorstep well signposted, 4 waterfalls 20 minutes drive and Pen y fan a 10 minute drive up the road. A perfect Brecon Beacons bolt hole for your adventures .

Δεν μου άρεσε Not dislike but a larger sign at the track would be beneficial as it is quite concealed on what is a pretty fast road for reaction time.

Μου άρεσε What a lovely location so peaceful and tranquil. With the on side carp pond, perfect for those who love to fish or love being in an area full of lovely nature to explore. Lovely clean shower block neweley renovated with rules to keep it clean. The pod itself was clean warm and tidy with all the amenities you could need to a relaxed weekend.
