Δεν μου άρεσε The loud music played by someone in a caravan who had a speaker positioned outside aimed towards most of the motorhomes. The man became abusive when I asked him to turn it down or place the speaker inside the van. I phoned the site manager on 4 occasions and was promised they'd look into it, however it was the weekend and not on site. If they had visited and had it turned down the volume was greatly increased after leaving. On my final phone call to complain I was deliberately cut off! Few people were on site on the Sunday and we know left for the day because they couldn't tolerate being at 'Glastonbury'. It was disappointing to find the campsite like a building site when we arrived because new trenches were being dug to set up new electric hook up pitches, so I assume. So the Thursday and Friday had constant diggers in operation. If you want peace and quiet when saying at a campsite then please DON'T come here. We have been enjoying wonderful holidays in our campervan for the past 10 years and this is far and away the WORST we have ever had. We are so relieved to have moved elsewhere and are able to relax. It isn't reasonable to have 6 hours of loud music playing during a beautiful sunny afternoon which we spent sitting inside rather than outside our campervan. I complained to Pitch Up and they have been in touch with the Site Manager. The worst holiday experience ever at the most expensive site we stayed at during September and October.

Μου άρεσε Everything! Facilities were excellent, very quiet and peaceful and marvellous, helpful wardens. Very inexpensive to stay there.

Μου άρεσε Facilities including toilets, showers and washing up facilities were excellent! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of space for our pitch.

Δεν μου άρεσε Site was not very sheltered but will be in a few years when trees have grown to a decent size.There is a noisy main road not far away. Music and talking from the pub, on site, on Sunday night was very loud at almost 10.30 pm so we phoned and requested they quieten down which they did virtually immediately. We have never experienced such loud noise at this time before at any campsite and wonder how long it would have gone on if we hadn't got in touch. This was the eve of the Queen's funeral and I wonder if it was appropriate

Από τον διαχειριστή: We did question allowing this booking on our site as the customer was very disrespectful to a member of staff on the telephone pre arrival. We are sorry our trees haven't grown sufficiently for you, but we are a young site and expect over time nature can remedy this issue. The noise from the pub may have been a little bit louder than normal as being a Bank Holiday (we had not other complaints from on-site) In no way was anyone inappropriate regarding the Queen's funeral. We had a day in the pub Monday from 10:30 watching the funeral in which we provided food and drink to honour Her Majesty.

Μου άρεσε It is a fantastic site. So peaceful and relaxing and quiet as there were no children. The friendliness of the staff, especially Diane the cleaner, was something we enjoyed and the facilities were so clean.

Δεν μου άρεσε The facilities were a bit dated but perfectly acceptable considering they were spotless with wonderful showers. Very good wifi at the club, not campsite.

Μου άρεσε The beautiful setting and though the shower/toilet facilities were a bit basic they were perfectly acceptable in the context of what the campsite were offering. The owner was especially friendly and helpful upon arrival.

Δεν μου άρεσε Burning of log fires especially close to our pitch where we had to endure smoke one evening that was still noticeable the next morning. Some loud campers beyond 10.30pm which seems unreasonable. Many sites expect quiet after 10pm and it would have been more enjoyable if you applied this at Stud Farm.
