Μου άρεσε The views were stunning and the owners were lovely and hospitality and were on site daily to check everything was ok. We were offered a couple of different options of pitches which was good. Toilets were basic but clean and the owner was in their every morning cleaning them

Δεν μου άρεσε The plots were on top of each other so it felt a bit cramped The electricity power wasn't great and we needed to charge phones using the car but this could be due to the tent next to us charging his electric car. Wasn't 30 min drive from kielder-it was over an hour's drive to get to the visitors centre

Από τον διαχειριστή: hank you, Rachael, for your review and your lovely comments about the views, cleanliness and the welcome you received. 😊 I’m sorry you experienced an issue with the electric hook-up. Our hook-ups are for normal camping use and not for charging electric vehicles, so we’ll make sure this is made clearer to guests. Thank you also for pointing out the Kielder journey time — we’ll check our listing and correct this if necessary. We really appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear you would recommend Bankfoot and visit us again. Susan & Anthony x
