Μου άρεσε Nothing really. I don't normally do reviews - but that was just awful.

Δεν μου άρεσε I was looking for something simple & convenient just for one night's stay in my small tent. Didn't need electrical hook up so could have gone pretty much anywhere. Was taken to a large field, shown plot marker post and told I had to say within 2 of them. Bearing in mind the field was almost empty why would you put me on the most sloping ground, close to the fast / noisy road?! I could have gone anywhere, in just a small tent. The ground was so sloping I eventually (after dark) re-located the tent into the flatter woods near by, but still on a slope. Have you ever tried (tent) sleeping on quite sloping ground - everything ends up in a pile. Not then end of the world, but coupled with (arm's reach) push button showers, off hand / officious (grumpy) member of staff, pin codes, road noise, sloping grass, significant price increase (circa 80%) just because I wasn't a member of the caravanning club and general lack of hospitality / welcome, clearly won't be going back. Hay-ho.

Από τον διαχειριστή: Hi Edward, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding the pitch allocation. We understand how important a level pitch is for tent campers and we're sorry that the location assigned to you caused discomfort. While pitches are allocated to help manage the site and maintain appropriate spacing, we regret that a more suitable option was not identified for you on this occasion. We're also disappointed to learn that aspects of your experience such as the shower facilities, site access arrangements, and interactions with our team, left you feeling unwelcome. Providing a friendly and helpful service is important to us so we regret this was not reflected in experience. Regarding pricing, our rates do vary between members and non-members as we are a membership organisation. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant departments for feedback and we do hope you will stay with us again in future. Camping and Caravanning Club Customer Services Team
