Μου άρεσε Nothing much but nice pleasant male staff on an evening & one pleasant blonde lady working the morning of our departure

Δεν μου άρεσε Unpleasant miserable female staff who don’t like being interrupted while all sat having a nice little chat & no not work related

Μου άρεσε Lovely clean toilet/shower facilities. There’s nothing else there to like or dislike, the owner who drove around on a little buggy type of thing was very pleasant chatty & helpful when we asked him anything

Δεν μου άρεσε I did find it strange that the pot wash was based at the end of the site where all the static holiday homes were who would obviously have a kitchen & amenities built in leaving touring people with no pot wash area at all.Probably a good place to use as a base but nothing within walking distance distance only a pub that sells very expensive drinks pizzas & a small selection of Thai street food no traditional food

Από τον διαχειριστή: Thank you for your review. We’re pleased you found our toilet and shower facilities clean and our team friendly and helpful. We’re sorry that our location wasn’t what you had expected. You arrived with a car full of fishing tackle intending to fish around Whitby, but despite our name, Robin Hood Caravan Park is not in Robin Hood’s Bay—the park was named after its original owner, Robin Hood. We are based in the rural village of Slingsby, approximately 30 miles from Whitby. Our address, location and surrounding facilities are detailed online so guests can ensure we are a suitable base for their plans before booking. Many guests choose us precisely because of our peaceful countryside setting. You can walk for miles in every direction from Slingsby, although we appreciate that guests wanting to be close to Whitby or within walking distance of a wider choice of shops, restaurants and attractions may prefer a different location. Our pot-wash facilities are available for touring and camping guests. While they are situated towards one end of the park, they are not intended for the holiday homes, which—as you mention—have their own kitchens. Sadly, it appears that our location meant we weren’t the right park for the fishing trip you had planned. We do encourage all guests to check where we are and whether the local area meets their particular needs before booking.

Μου άρεσε Not a great deal

Δεν μου άρεσε Ladies on the desk not the most pleasant of staff or seem interested in tourers as obvious they are going for high end lodges ect fazing out campers however the blonde lady working Friday was very friendly & polite. On the other hand the younger male staff were very polite professional & even smiled . If your looking for a family friendly place to stay this is not it children have to be chaperoned at all times even to ask the price of things which we found bazaar we totally understood about around the lake area obviously but to be told you need an adult to ask for the price of crazy golf is a bit extreme
