Μου άρεσε Campsite on a hill with a beautiful view of the valley. Probably hard for a motor home to access but fine for our VW camper. Lovely helpful owner who gave us great tips on walks and pubs/ food in the area. Toilets and showers basic but clean and £1 gives you enough time for good hot shower. Peaceful location but not many other campers while we were there. The road is quite busy but not distractingly so. No WiFi (thankfully!!) but great 4G coverage. Great 20min (ish) walk from the campsite via a pony path (and a dash across the main road!) to Morfa Mawddach train station which gives you access to great places to visit along the coast line - Harlech, Port Meirion, Porthmadoc. We walked over the railway bridge to Barmouth several times during our visit.

Δεν μου άρεσε No chemical waste disposal facility at the campsite. We paid £5 to the next campsite to empty ours!

Μου άρεσε Very friendly, helpful owners/ staff. Very friendly robins! Ample pitches with hard standing and grass surrounding. Great toilets and showers -clean and well equipped. Great drying room - essential for the Lake District! Brilliant communal area with seating for dining and sofas for relaxing (and a tv!) after a long days walking. Electric points for charging phones, making food etc. WiFi. Kids playground - fenced off for safety. Small onsite shop. Beautiful surroundings

Δεν μου άρεσε Not really a dislike but you can hear the nearby A road traffic a little which might bother some people. A very noisy peacock - works very well as an efficient alarm clock!!! Gives good feather displays on demand!
