Μου άρεσε The tent pitches by the pond are lovely. We enjoyed camping alongside moorhen, woodpigeons and dragon flies..........so relaxing. We were a bit further away from the main toilets and showers but the portaloo provided a quicker alternative during the night. The park and ride is nearby, so access to York is easy and non stressful! Overall a great weekend away and we would definitely stay here again 🙂

Δεν μου άρεσε The electric hook ups were not as plentiful and accessible as described. We just managed to reach one but our neighbours had to ask for an extension lead to access the remaining plug. However, the site provided assistance, to resove this issue.

Μου άρεσε It's a pop up site, with no frills........except for a fantastic location, just a stones throw from Coniston, with gorgeous, lakeside views. We were greeted warmly and offered help when we had a problem with our tent. So we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Δεν μου άρεσε We were told in advance that there were no showers or drinking water on site, so this was not a problem.
