Μου άρεσε Welcoming from Phillipe was excellent. Good location for passing through. Big plot size. Young children would love it with the play areas and pool. Would stay again. Clean facilities

Μου άρεσε Great location for nearby concert at Lincoln castle. Swimming and paddle boarding looked good. Tidy site, clean facilities. Clear instructions on signs on arrival. Good size pitch for caravan and roof top tent on car with spaces either side.

Μου άρεσε Nice location for wine tasting. Good area to travel to coastline but train was a mission so drove instead. Clean services.

Μου άρεσε Very nice welcome and also sent us on our way with clear directions to the main roads. Lovely people just left us to it. Very accommodating.

Μου άρεσε The owners for their help and consideration. The quiet location. The clean facilities and especially the coffee man who provided cake at late notice.

Μου άρεσε Had great ice cream. Location for walking is good as footpaths and bridleways only 200 yards or so away. Pitches are a good size and you'll need a 20m electric cable to reach in places. Close to village pub for great food choices too.

Δεν μου άρεσε Choose to go to this site after April 1st as the ground does get boggy and unfortunately the owner does need to drag you out unless you find a pitch available on a higher location. Bottom of the field was not suitable. We had lots of heavy rain before our arrival though. Our Range Rover wouldn't pull us out but the motor mover did come in handy but struggled still with the damp ground.

Μου άρεσε The goats and the local pubs. Summer with bar open and bands on may be good.

Δεν μου άρεσε The dirty dated toilets, water logged fields, the thought of bringing our heavy caravan onto one of the tourer pitches in the condition they were in. Didn't dare use the shower. Cockeral woke us at 4.20 am and if he stayed quiet there was always the geese in the field to take off and let you know it, or the woodpecker hammering the trees in the neighbouring field. Overall will not return as only checking out sites for caravaning this year.

Από τον διαχειριστή: We prefer the description of quirky for our toilets. However dirty - they certainly weren't - as other reviews state for the same dates as your stay. As for complaint about animals in the countryside, whilst staying at a campsite with the name farm, not too sure how to respond to that?

Μου άρεσε Freedom of space available to use.

Δεν μου άρεσε As it was quiet there was lots of space but if it was busy there would not be room in the shower block, the toilets had no space to sit down and not bang your knees on the back of the door and the entrance needs better signage for entrance and exit. The roof was leaking on the shower room and there was no washing up outside as the water was not working.

Thank you for letting me know about the leak, Aaron our on site manager that is around all the time would have been very happy for you to let him know and he would have fixed that immediately. Only one of the sinks was working after the extreme freezing temperatures that burst the water pipes, but we did have one sink work, so I am sorry you missed that. We do have seats on some of the showers for sitting but I will look to get some more. It is useful to have feedback which we can move forward on.
