Μου άρεσε Absolute gem of a campsite. ❤️ We were offered a premium pitch opposite the swings but on this occasion, the smell from the drain put us off. The owners moved us to the field. We loved the 'field kitchen'! The site is clean and the owners make their rounds twice a day, to check that everyone is fine. The toilet/shower block was kept impeccably clean. The power of the shower was an absolute bonus. The Pitch Up photos show the slide and paddling pool but it doesn't show the big indoor pool! We had planned to move on after 4 nights, but as a family, we made the decision to ask to extend our stay to 7 nights. Don't miss the Lead Mine Tour, just 5 mins walk from the camp. We were able to travel to Luxembourg City (Park and Ride) and Cologne/Koln in an hour and 30mins. There is a children's campsite next door, which can be noisy but did not detract from our experience for us. The Church bells at 6.30am are the loudest noise factor. The first night we thought a car alarm was going off! We will be recommending this site to friends and family and hope to use again in the future! 😁

Δεν μου άρεσε No problem taking toilet paper to the block but there is no soap! We carry soap at all times, but this should be a basic provision on a campsite , where hand hygiene is of a premium!

Μου άρεσε A gem of a campsite - disappointed that we had only booked the one night, as part of our road trip! Private pitches with hedges; plenty were shaded. Washing facilities modern and clean. Great club house. Pool was fabulous for our boys and they made good use of the trampoline, whilst we set up! We will Def be returning in 2025 for a decent stay!
