Μου άρεσε Lovely and quiet. (Except road traffic’s but that’s just natural when next to a main road) Clean facilities Helpful lady when asking about rebooking for next year. Lovely cafe on site. Our pitch was spacious

Δεν μου άρεσε Someone that was able to answer reception when we arrived. Rang bell 3 times and no answer. Had to call number on door to get the young guy to assist us.

Από τον διαχειριστή: Thank you for your lovely 10/10 review, Christine. We are pleased you enjoyed the spacious pitch, clean facilities and tearoom, and found the team helpful with next year’s plans. I am sorry you had to ring several times and then phone before being welcomed. We will remind the team to respond promptly to the reception bell and contact number. Thank you for raising this, and we would love to welcome you back.

Μου άρεσε Site was clean Staff friendly Good size pitches

Δεν μου άρεσε Showers had no temperature controls and were piping hot. Not enough space to get dried and dressed once you are out the shower. Would benefit with wet floor showers rather than stand in base (like one in disabled toilet) to allow water to drain away better than shower curtain and floors soaked. Some campers mopped up after them, not all. This goes for male and female showers. An additional toilet block would be handy especially when it’s busy season.

Από τον διαχειριστή: Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed our friendly staff, clean site, and good-sized pitches. We appreciate your practical suggestions regarding the shower setup, temperature, and site capacity as we look at future improvements. Regarding the wet floors, we do leave cleaning and floor-mop equipment in the blocks for guests to use, but sadly, not everyone takes a moment to clean up after themselves. Thank you again for your helpful insights, and we hope to welcome you back again soon! Kindest Regards The Coldstream Team

Μου άρεσε Site was clean and tidy. Toilets and showers spotless and male attendant was friendly and happy. Good value to pitch a tent.

Δεν μου άρεσε Poor lighting on full site after dark Massive holes in the grass area next to tent pitches Says they will help with anything. Asked to hire pillows as we forgot ours and was told no.
