Μου άρεσε Stunning location, the campsite is simple but charming. The owners are very good at making you aware there is no running water and the composting toilet hut is very well kept. The larger site is incredible, the walks through the wood are just wonderful and a swing in the hammocks is an absolute must. The lower part of the site is a little sloping, but as we were in a camper a couple of chocks and we were fine.

Μου άρεσε Lovely views and easy access to the site. The pitches are very large, even if the site was full you wouldn't feel cramped. Other reviews have mentioned traffic noise, while it is on the main road into Looe, I can't say it was particularly noticeable. Definitely didn't affect our sleep or enjoyment of the site. Very good communication.

Μου άρεσε Lovely site. Owners were incredibly friendly and the site was very well maintained. The compost toilet was very well kept and the outdoor shower was a delight! Absolutely we will stay here again.

Μου άρεσε Cannot rate this site highly enough! Nicki is fantastic and so helpful. She very kindly made sure our friends and us had pitches next to each other. The pitch sizes are very generous you're not on top of each other at all. They are pretty level, which is amazing for Cornwall! We were in the top field with a further field below. The little shop on site is great too, stocking all the essentials you could need. We had three kids 10 and under between us and the site is very safe, they had a fantastic time running around and playing. It's lovely and quiet at night. The compost toilets were spotless and the showers were just wonderful, so hot! The eco credentials here were great, compost loos, recycling and water from the local stream. Campfires here are very easy, with raised fire pits avaliable as well as logs and kindling for sale. There is a lot to do in the local area, we walked to the nearby town of Bugle through a very lovely path from the campsite and visited the Eden project which was only 10 minutes away. A fantastic location for pretty much anywhere in mid Cornwall. We're already planning our return visit!

Μου άρεσε This site is wonderful! It's very spacious, fantastic for the kids to run around and not bother anyone. Good facilities, the toilets were spotless. The owners are so friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend the pizzas from the small cafe on site, so tasty. We will definitely be back soon.
