Μου άρεσε Proximity to Lincoln. Great restaurant and bar ( although no real ale) Nice flat pitches. Great for walks around the fishing ponds. Friendliness of reception staff.

Δεν μου άρεσε Toilet/ showers ( unisex ones) were barely useable. The rooms were in need of a deep clean- everything was grubby at best. They were also smelly. Water temperature was distinctly cool. We visited last year and thought the site had potential- but that seems to have got lost somewhere. Even the newer showers seem to have been done with cost not comfort in mind. Such a shame- I didn’t see any improvement from last year- even the swimming / paddleboard lake seemed half hearted- I didn’t see anywhere where people could shower/ change.

Μου άρεσε General feel. Pleasant walks around fishing lakes. Proximity to Lincoln. Bar on site was an asset. Spacious serviced pitches.

Δεν μου άρεσε Showers/ toilets in need of TLC. Pulsed shower delivered very short bursts of water. Washing up facilities were very basic. Bins became full to the point of overflowing. Price for a round of drinks in the bar was inconsistent.
