Από τον διαχειριστή: Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. We are truly sorry to read that your experience at our campsite was so disappointing and that you felt that the relationship between the size of our site and the price did not meet your expectations. Camping Estanyet is a small campsite with a peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere, which is an important part of our identity. We believe that our smaller size allows us to offer a more welcoming and personal environment, where families can enjoy their holidays in a calmer and more relaxed atmosphere, away from the crowds often found at larger campsites. For many of our guests, this sense of tranquillity, friendliness and personal attention is an important part of the value of their stay. However, we completely understand that every guest has different preferences and expectations, and we sincerely regret that, in your case, these characteristics did not meet what you were looking for. We would have appreciated receiving more details about the specific aspects that made your stay unsatisfactory. As your review only states that you liked nothing and disliked everything, unfortunately, we are unable to identify which particular services, facilities or situations did not meet your expectations. We take all our guests' feedback very seriously and sincerely regret that we were unable to provide you with a satisfactory experience. We will continue working to improve our services and hope that future guests' experiences will fully meet their expectations. Kind regards, Camping Estanyet 🌿🌊
