Μου άρεσε An absolute gem of a campsite! What an amazing campsite! From the moment we arrived, you could tell Treverven Farm is family-run, and it has that lovely, welcoming feel that you just don’t get at the bigger, more commercial campsites. It’s not too big, has a fantastic atmosphere and feels like a proper holiday rather than a busy campsite experience. The facilities are brilliant and all really easily accessible. The showers are hot and spotlessly clean, there are plenty of toilets and lots of washing-up stations, so you never feel like you’re queuing or walking miles to use anything. We were lucky enough to have the perfect pitch, close enough that we could see the children playing in the park, but far enough away that they had the freedom to go off and play without us hovering over them. It felt incredibly safe, which meant we could actually relax too! The little shop is fantastic and stocks loads of essentials, but the highlight has to be the fresh croissants and cinnamon rolls in the morning! 🥐😍 And if you don’t fancy cooking, there’s an on-site takeaway serving genuinely delicious food. It’s those little touches that make such a difference. The atmosphere here is just so welcoming and friendly. The location is also fantastic for exploring Cornwall, with so many beautiful beaches and landmarks within easy reach. And then at 10pm, everything quietens down beautifully. We had a brilliant night’s sleep every night, something that isn’t always guaranteed on a campsite! 😂 A huge shout out to Rachel, who is absolutely brilliant. She’s incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about the local area and has a great sense of humour. She also runs a tight ship, in the best possible way, making sure everyone is safe, respectful and able to enjoy themselves. It really helps create the relaxed but well-managed atmosphere that makes Treverven so special. This is honestly one of the best campsites we’ve ever stayed at, and we will most definitely be back. If you’re looking for somewhere to escape the big franchise style campsites, switch off, make your own entertainment and let the kids run free, this place is an absolute gem of a find. ❤️ Thank you, Treverven Farm Camping, for a fabulous Cornwall holiday. Μου άρεσε What a beautiful slice of heaven! Pond and Pasture is a truly special campsite with stunning views, excellent facilities, and wonderful hosts who took the time to come and personally say hello. The tidal road does require a bit of planning for arrival and departure, but it honestly adds to the adventure and makes the location feel even more unique. This is the perfect place to slow down, switch off, and relax, even with children. We loved paddleboarding along the estuary to Bantham and then catching the ebb tide back to the campsite. It was such a memorable experience. Hiring a fire pit was a great touch too, it came with everything we needed for a cosy evening under the stars. The quiet hours after 10pm meant we could listen to the wildlife and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. There are also some lovely walks straight from the farm. We were lucky enough to visit on their very first weekend of opening, and it gave us one of those rare, truly special family weekends that we'll remember for a long time. We can't wait to come back.
