Μου άρεσε 50 years of camping, caravanning now campervan. Travelled in UK and Europe. This site rates in my top ten and for the facilities of the site, right at the top! Loo block heated, showers are hot and not just a dribble. Utility barn has everything from toaster to microwave, everything for the ones that forget the bottle opener to the dishwahing liquid. Small honesty shop for essentials like milk and eggs plus much more. Huge play area for children, safe and secure site.

Μου άρεσε Old school campsite, no bells and whistles, just very clean, heated showers/toilet blocks. No intrusive site lighting, use a head torch! Nice owner, very helpful. Surrounding area has loads of walks, Mawddach way accessible from site. Easy walk to Barmouth across bridge (about 3 miles),Coed-y-Brenin trails/mountain biking only 10 mile ride away, on quiet back lanes. Cader Idris can be walked from the site. What's not to like if it is the 'outdoors' you seek? Will be back in December for another 4 day stay.
