Μου άρεσε This is our return visit having enjoyed this site previously, and what is not to love, it is well situated within easy reach of some amazing east coast destinations such as Southwold, Aldeburgh and Thorpeness and there are plenty more to explore beyoind these. The camp site itself has all the amenties including toilets, showers, with access for persons with disabilities too, washing up and washine facilities also a recycling point for you to do your bit for the environment. There is a lovely little on site shop that caters for all camping essentials and more, friendly staff too that do their best to help out with any queries you may have. The serviced pitches are a genereous size, well positioned and bounded by hedges and trees and can accommodate most eventualities for the visitors. There are luxury cabins, glamping pods and shepherd huts and even a couple of donkeys in the adjacent field. Again all of these are well considered and set out without over crowding the site. There are plenty of places for the children to run, play and have fun in the football field, the tennis net and little park too allow parents to chill out while the children play well into the evening. There is even a nature walk into the woods and a pond hidden away next to the field of cows. A noise curfew is in place at 22:00 which is very sensible for all temporary residence as this encourages people to calm down for bed ready for the next day of fun. Of course this whole environment is very much benefitted by the weather so we shall be back again very soon to create some more wonderful memories.

Μου άρεσε The site is lovely and well presented, the layout is well considered and there is plenty of space for children to play, there is a football field, another field with a play area, a badminton net, a basket ball hoop and table tennis. The pitches are good size too broken by hedges each side which is a nice touch. The onsite shop is excellent and the staff are lovely. The site amenities were warm, clean and tidy as are the grounds. The site was busy and for good reason too, but we did not feel crowded or disturbed. There are plenty of trails to walk locally and there is pub 10 mins walk away. The site location is easily accessible from the A12 and access to many other great tourist locations only a short drive away. A great site and we shall definately be returning again in the future.

Δεν μου άρεσε These comments are honest and constructive feedback as the site overall is a 9/10 but it could have been a 10/10 but for a couple of items and these are as follows... Only one shower in each of the male and female facilities, and whilst they were clean the showers do not have thermostatic controls and for some they may be too hot which it was for me. There is one ambulant toilet/shower that is thermostatically controlled and personally the better one to use when available. The male utilities has one toilet cubicle and one urinal and the female has two cubicles which strikes me as the very minimum especially when the site is busy, although the ambulant facility was available to use. The male sinks (two) with no plugs and the press-tap, hot specifically, were under very high pressure when released making it difficult to control in use and this should be remedied as a matter of urgency. The washing up facility needs to be cleaned daily as some users are incapable of leaving the facility clean and tidy once they have used them. Finally the local phone signal was 4G with a single bar making calls difficult which for some may be fine but for us it made it difficult to communicate, the Wifi access was over subscribed and difficult to access, again not the end of the world as the children were off gagets and playing with new found friends. None of these findings would stop us returning but we would highly recommend some simple adjustments to the water pressure control and thermostatic controls to showers would be wise. Phone signal and Wifi booster would also help.
