Μου άρεσε ​A True Hidden Gem for Families in the North East We’ve just returned from a 2-night stay at the Hammers and Pincers campsite with my wife and our three boys, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best, most welcoming sites we’ve ever visited in the North East. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. ​As a family of five, having clean and reliable facilities is a must, and this site absolutely delivered. The showers and toilets are spotless, meticulously kept, and—crucially—always fully stocked with toilet roll! The campsite itself is beautifully maintained and feels very secure, which gave us tremendous peace of mind letting the boys play. ​The absolute cherry on top is having the pub just a few steps away. We had amazing food there, and the children's play area meant the boys were entertained while we could actually relax. The owner is a thoroughly lovely man who clearly takes pride in providing a safe, top-tier camping space. We will 100% be back again. Highly recommended!

Μου άρεσε Everything the showers are red hot toilets are clean and stocked well with toilet roll, blue roll, and hand wash there is a pot washing station with scrubber and washing up liquid 👌 nice little park for the kids and a good sized fishing 🎣 lake. The site is well maintained definitely worth the visit

Μου άρεσε Everything the owner is very welcoming and friendly stayed here with the wife and 3 kids in our campervan what fantastic little place kids loved the pool and the evening entertainment was fantastic, good toilet block with nice hot showers the fishing is amazing too the manager even offered me a place in the fishing match that was running when we stayed will definitely be returning again soon
