Μου άρεσε We absolutely loved our stay and will certainly be back before the season ends. The residents were welcoming. We loved Bob and Paul. My son loved the fishing and we were so close to skegness beach and fantasy island. Site was so lovely and calm. We were in bed by 9pm most nights and the site was silent which we were happy with. It was on the whole well maintained. Only 2 tent pitches which surprised us. But actually worked out well for us as 80% of our stay we was the only tent. The adults loved that we had no signal or WiFi. This is a pro and a con as evenings the children wanted their devices.

Δεν μου άρεσε If I had to be picky as we really did love our stay. It would be, the paths around the ponds were absolutely covered in duck and goose poop. I feel a simple jet wash could help the walk arounds be better as it was literally everywhere. And the showers. Although clean and warm, they spray practically to the other side of the block haha! Don't hang your clothes amd towel on the back of the door as they will get drenched. Also, the shop is cute, but not the best stocked. No WiFi on site was an issue for some of our group, mainly the kids at night time for the kids as our signal was non existent.

Μου άρεσε Amazing. The staff are fabulous, my daughter loved the park, we managed to pitch close by to it. The site is so clean and well maintained, it's beautiful. We cannot wait to come back!

Μου άρεσε The views were amazing. The other guests were all lovely. We managed to get a flatter pitch which was great. We had fun searching for 4 leaf clovers around our tent. We found TWO!!

Δεν μου άρεσε This is just being picky but the hair in the shower. I showered at 7am and the mat had so much hair entwined where I had to stand. This could have been from the day before but perhaps putting up a notice for people to leave the showers in a clean state. Also maybe consider on a weekend changing the 'indoor voice' time to slightly later. 10pm is a little early.

Από τον διαχειριστή: Hi Hayley, Thanks for the review. Noted about the showers, but we only do a deep clean once a day around noon and I check them at night. We don't (and can't) sit there all day policing how people leave them. A sign sadly won't make a difference. As to the quiet time after 10pm, I'm not having that sorry. There's signage that makes clear our rules, you received an email about it and I told you verbally on site. You seemed a really nice person, but after you left I received multiple complaints about you and your friend, Kelly, swearing loudly. Before any complaints were received, I had to warn your friend about telling her partner loudly to "do what the f**k he wanted" at 20 to midnight. She was clearly three sheets to the wind and I tried to keep her happy by taking a photo of her in front of the fire she'd made and was quite proud of. The fact she's put a complaint here as have you takes the mickey quite frankly. The site is there for all campers, not just you. You knew the rules and chose to ignore them annoying campers and giving us a bad impression that weekend. Hope you and Kelly find a site more to your liking next time. It won't be here.
