Μου άρεσε As described pop up campsite! Owner was very polite and came over when we arrived to check everything was ok. We had a lovely stay and were the only ones as we stayed on a Sunday! Free fire pits, drinking water, water station and sink for dishes and clean portaloos everything you need! There was evening a box of outdoor games, eg cricket, footballs... Weather wasn't the best the night we stayed but we woke up to the most beautiful views!! There is a pub within a 6 minute walk that does lovely food! Short drive into the town, I would highly recommend walking up to Sir John Barrow monument and our main visit was for Old Man of Coniston ( if you're able, definitely do this hike)

Μου άρεσε Toilets were very clean and looked after Nice space to camp, wasn’t really close to anyone else Nice walk near by Owners are very polite and professional Access to fire pits, wood and water Also Adult only so very peaceful

Μου άρεσε We had our own field away from everyone Scout leader, I think his name was Caleb, he was extremely helpful and sort out of campfire and gave us all relevant information Toilets on site Very quiet area

Δεν μου άρεσε Unable to park with tent had to carry all our stuff up and down the track We was in the area surrounded by trees so there was lots of bugs and a lack of sunlight but we weren’t majorly bothered by this

Μου άρεσε Nice, clean area Clean toilet and shower block All information was given on entrance and we were well informed Quiet area Pub on site Nice area to walk round
