Μου άρεσε A beautifully quiet site, with a sense of privacy created by the hedgerows between spaces. The Shepherd’s hut was impeccably clean and well stocked with all the necessary equipment, and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was lovely that the owners left maps and Severn walks out for you to peruse by the toilet facilities, which were also spotless. One of the nicest, most peaceful sites we have stayed at. The photos don’t do it justice. Lots of fun places to visit nearby, but also nice cycling routes and walks if you want to keep the costs down.

Μου άρεσε Cute pod with lovely view over meadow. Hot tub was a very nice treat. Nice cheery welcome with tasty little bottle of champagne. I suppose most of these pods would usually be used by a couple or twosome, so cutlet and utensils would be ideal then but a few more things for a family would be welcome. A dust pan and brush, and a sharp knife to cut food up.

Μου άρεσε What a delightful, quiet spot, in an area of real natural beauty. So many places to visit in the surrounding area too. The chalet was gorgeous, with a stunning big window overlooking the field and landscape. Everything was clean, tidy and cared for, and the chalet had everything you needed inside for preparing simple food. I liked the element of ‘glamping’- fetching your own water, boiling the stove kettle, using the camping toilet facilities etc, mixed with the comfy beds and dryness of being in the chalet rather than getting soaked camping.

Μου άρεσε Wonderful place with delightful owners- offering to show the kids the lambs and even giving them an Easter egg each. Beautiful views with everything you needed in the pod. The area of the Wye Valley & Forest of Dean had many places to visit no matter what the weather.
