Μου άρεσε Always a really friendly welcome. Clean and well kept in all areas and nice generous sized pitches. Great showers! Not just close to coastal walks, but also to a maze of pretty inland footpaths with incredible views. Good local pub and farm shop & cafe and lots of food and drink options from the vending machines on site.

Μου άρεσε The friendly welcome and modern facilities. Very peaceful site in March, quiet and level pitch. About a 20 minute walk from Coverack along the road to a choice of places to get a meal and a drink or a cup of coffee. Circular walks using coast path and footpaths within a short walk from the site.

Δεν μου άρεσε I think in peak season there could be a queue for the showers, which were very limited in number. In early March the toilet/shower block was running in condensation creating a slippery floor and a damp chilly feel, which is a shame as it's a lovely modern block and I'm sure with a bit of background heat and improved ventilation it would be easily resolved.

We’re delighted you enjoyed the local dining options and the stunning coastal walks. We pride ourselves on providing more than the recommended number of toilet and shower facilities for a park of our size, and we’re pleased to have updated them since taking over. Over the past nine seasons, we’ve completed many projects to transform the park from its previous condition. Whilst we are exploring the possibility of adding solar panels to our shower blocks to generate electricity for heating in early spring, we would also need to balance this with keeping our nightly pitch rates reasonable—a bit of a tricky challenge! We truly hope to welcome you back to Little Trevothan soon.

Μου άρεσε Great location next to lake, lovely walks right on the doorstep, perfect if you have a dog. Large open site, interspersed with small trees and hedges. We were allowed to choose our own pitch in early May. Friendly welcome from owner/manager who spoke good English. Nice, well respected cafe by the locals (5/5 on Google reviews May 2025), on site serving basic menu.

Δεν μου άρεσε The facilities were really basic and a bit shabby….oh and unisex which was an experience! It wasn’t an expensive site but kind of expect hot water for a shower really! It is a site that appears to be in the process of change. Lots of new wooden clad statics and safari tents being installed. I hope the facilities will be improved as part of this because then I would definitely recommend as a stop off.

Μου άρεσε Lovely level, well kept field. Peaceful at night. Easy walk to the footpath to Portreath, which forms part of the Coast to Coast Bissoe cycle trail, which I walked one way. Composting toilets were extremely efficient, first time using this style of toilet and actually found them a far more pleasant experience than many of the traditional loos on sites we've stay on previously. The Bridge Inn is within an easy walking distance, but just be aware, this is a very "traditional" pub with an extremely small (one item on a Friday night) menu, but with a pleasant beer garden by a small river!

Δεν μου άρεσε Minor point, but branches overhanging the narrow track to the second field could do with some pruning as vehicles driving off the track to avoid scraping their sides had caused it to become muddy after a spell of wet weather.

Μου άρεσε Very friendly welcome. Nice level site with well maintained and good sized level pitches. Within about a 20 minute walk across fields to the nearby pub in Drimpton.

Μου άρεσε We had such a warm welcome from the owners, which I always so appreciate, and our check in was really easy. It's a lovely quiet site; quite small, very level and well maintained with super clean facilities. Easy walk to local pub (dog friendly) through the adjacent nature reserve.

Μου άρεσε This site is so beautiful and so carefully looked after. We received a warm welcome. The views, the facilities, the location right on the coast path (helped by the fantastic weather), the pub one end of the site and the beachside cafe the other, so many plus points! We can't fault this site and we'll definitely be returning for another visit.

Μου άρεσε We had a nice pitch separated from our neighbours by a hedge with views across to the fields on the hillside opposite. The campsite was very tidy and well maintained and having a nice pub on the doorstep was a real bonus (we were given a 10% discount on our food bill as a result of staying on the site). The staff were very welcoming and friendly and check in at the bar was efficient. It's a good location for exploring the southern slopes of Dartmoor and the towns of south Devon.

Δεν μου άρεσε Daytime road noise, though this did quieten down significantly during the night and didn't disturb our sleep. Phone signal in Devon is patchy and being at the bottom of the valley this site struggled with getting more than 1 bar (Vodafone) of 4G during our stay but the pub has free wifi.

Μου άρεσε Friendly welcome from helpful and cheerful staff. Beautiful natural setting within the woods. Peaceful Close to cycle path and woodland and heathland walks. Ability to choose our own pitch within the category selected. Not much of a phone signal at the time we stayed, but this was fine with us.
