Δεν μου άρεσε No motorhome facilities (no service point, nowhere for grey water, no chemical toilet disposal, fresh water behind a building). The shower cubicles were very small and half the lights were no working. WiFi never connected, we had to rely on mobiles which were OK, but signal was at best average.

We’re delighted that you enjoyed our beautiful location, the superb views and the warm welcome. 😊 We’re sorry that certain aspects of your stay didn’t quite live up to your expectations. Our campsite is a small, nature-oriented site, primarily designed for tents and traditional camping, and unfortunately we do not currently have a service area for motorhomes, nor facilities for emptying waste water or chemical toilets. We understand that these services are important for motorhome travellers, but this is clearly stated in our documentation. As we are situated some distance from the town, we have a septic tank, which cannot handle chemical waste. As for the showers and lighting, a light bulb had blown and we replaced it the same day. Our Wi-Fi connection covers the reception area and its terrace, the holiday rentals, the restaurant, the function room, the toilet blocks and half of the campsite. As the campsite is very large, it is possible that the signal may not reach the far end of the site. Thank you once again for your constructive feedback. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Val de Tamié in the future.

Μου άρεσε The welcome. The location a short walk from the village. The showers were a good size - you could keep a dry patch away from the shower tray!

Δεν μου άρεσε The pitches were very scrubby which made it a little bit unattractive. You had to pay for everything separately (the showers, the electricity, tourist tax, etc) - most other camp sites have everything included.

Μου άρεσε A wonderful location directly on the shore of Lake Annecy. Very convenient for bars and restaurants on the lake shore. Close to the small town where there is a small supermarket. A very good cycle path all the way round to Annecy.

Δεν μου άρεσε The grounds are scrubby and uneven - the grass had not been cur for a while. The pitches are VERY small. There was no fresh water supply for a motorhome. There was no grey water disposal for a motorhome. The showers were adequate but the water was not hot (just about lukewarm warm). The cycle path was very busy and some other cyclist were travelling too fast (very off putting when they are in the opposite direction!).

Μου άρεσε The location. On the banks of the River Severn. On a cycle way (Worcester has excellent cycle ways mostly completely separate from roads). The wardens were sweet people and tried their best.

Δεν μου άρεσε I would NOT recommend this site at all. It is right next to a very busy road so there is a lot of road noise. Power points are on poles at the front of the pitches - the power cord is an unavoidable trip hazard. The men’s showers (for which you have to pay) were VERY poor. The cold water was a torrent, but the hot water was a dribble. Worst of all, the mat designed to stop you slipping did the exact opposite - the result was a very dangerous, slippy environment. There isn’t really a Motorhome service point. There is a drain cover that could be used (but the cover does not come off). It is under a tree so it is not easy to get your rig there. Most of the site is used (or was used!) by static vans that are in the process of being evicted. It is busy and noisy while they are getting the static vans off and where they have been is left very unsightly. The vegetation round the static vans has clearly not been tended for a season or two (since the knew they were evicting them, why would they).
