Μου άρεσε Lovely site - friendly staff, lovely facilities, beautiful area. Onsite food van and dog walking area was a real bonus. Lots of "extras" that made the stay feel special such as herb garden, book swap, visits from local food providers, tea towels etc provided, area to freeze ice blocks. Clear they cared alot about the facilities - with squigees to be used on shower walls etc Beautiful views, lovely highland cow neighbours!

Δεν μου άρεσε The pitch we had was right on the edge and seemed small and cramped - possibly due to its odd shape or our neighbours going right to the edge of ours. Was also right by the walking exit so was very public. Apart from a small, hilly field at reception no real area for kids to play. And this is a real silly thing - the showers are super close to the wall so for those of who have a "few curves" - youre touching the wall to shower! Push button didnt last long and pressure went when other people in the block but lovely and warm, great size too.

Μου άρεσε Been coming since before our children were born and we love it. Quiet location Beautiful site - the views are incredible Showers with temperature changes! Woo! Pitch sizes are good. We think we had one of the smallest pitches but was still a decent size albeit abit of a squeeze with a big car and big tent. Useful shop

Δεν μου άρεσε Not dislikes but just things we noticed Weve been coming for over 10 years and dont think the amenities have been updated at all. One shower / toilet block could really do with a revamp (tap came off in someone's hand etc) but the other is nice enough. Whilst the no visitors rule is understandable for big groups - not allowing grandparents in for an early evening bbq felt a bit mean. Couldn't access the WiFi that was advertised but thats no bad thing. Would be useful (and some extra pennies for the site) to offer freezer block refreezing in the bottom of the ice cream freezer (there are some in there but not to buy). Always felt a bit on an inconvenience to the reception staff - we rang to say we'd be pretty close to 7pm due to traffic etc but still got a call at 650 asking how close we were. Can see in previous reviews that the team seem to focus on the dislikes but as I say not dislikes at all... just notes.

Από τον διαχειριστή: We are so glad you love our beautiful park. Our new facilities block with underfloor heating, private sinks etc was built in 2009. Plans were underway to rebuild the far toilet block in 2020, but we are still recovering from the financial hit. Hopefully in the next few years. It is clean and functional and if you love the sunset end of the park, its handy to have this facilities block available so it is less far to walk to the loos. We stopped doing icepack exchange in 2020 for obvious reasons and found that by selling ice cubes and frozen bottle of water this was much more hygienic for everyone.

Μου άρεσε Lovely campsite. Playground for kids as well as playing field and games room. 10pm no noise rule. Lots of hot water for showers and washing up. Modern facilities. Cute shop (although opening hours could maybe be more camper friendly!) Beautiful views. Protected from the wind Staff very prompt to complaints / queries (eg toilet rolls running out!)

Δεν μου άρεσε Pitches next to play area can get noisey between 7pm and 930pm Toilet cubicles are quite compact - us larger ladies needed some interesting climbing to shut the door! Car needed - nothing walking distance really.

Μου άρεσε The people who run it are lovely and friendly. Always there to help, love talking to the little ones and sell bits and bobs from their caravan office. The pitches were great choice. Great location and easy to find. Clean facilities Excellent value for money

Δεν μου άρεσε No hot water for washing up. Not the campsites fault but if you park on the lower pitches it is sheltered from the wind but the road is noisey

Μου άρεσε Amazing site. Facilities were great, owners amazingly friendly, lovely peaceful site, great location with beaches close. Owners constantly cleaning and chatting to guests. Able to see the facilities which meant we never really waited for anything. Showers were the best I've had camping

Δεν μου άρεσε Not dislikes - just minor issues. Very few flat pitches and no O2 signal (but thats probably a good thing too!)
