Από τον διαχειριστή: Hi James, thanks for taking the time to leave your review. We're very sorry you didn't enjoy your recent stay at Grannie's Heilan' Hame, this certainly isn't the experience we wanted you to have. I hope you were able to raise any concerns with our dedicated Guest Experience Team in Reception, so that they could look to try and resolve these issues during your time with us. It’s disappointing to hear you did not find our bar and restaurant reasonably priced. We always aim to provide something suitable for all budgets with ever changing offers throughout the season, as well as staying competitive with the local area. We'd like to have the opportunity to welcome you back to another of holiday parks in the future, where we hope to restore your faith. ^AB
