Μου άρεσε All the staff from reception, to shop staff and cleaners were so lovely, helpful and friendly - felt immediately welcomed from speaking on the phone before hand to arriving for our holiday. The pod was lovely, clean, well laid out and the beds were comfortable (1 pillow per person, bed sheets and a duvet provided) There was 4 chairs and a table, small side kallax unit and all the plugs had USB charging ports. Dustpan and brush was provided and a small clothes airer which was very handy for towels. (We didn’t get a chance to use the facilities like pool/bar as we were visiting family locally but they all looked fine from a distance) The area all round the pods was well maintained and they were super close to the shower/toilet block which was secured with a key. There was a communal bbq area for the pods There was parking close to the pods specifically for people staying in the pods.

Δεν μου άρεσε We went when the temps were through the roof and the pods were unbearably hot - we took a fan which meant we could at least circulate the air but this may be something that could possibly be provided as it was exceptionally hot inside them - not really their fault it just is what it is but worth bearing in mind of travelling in the heat! The showers are dreadful! Firstly, I’m not even that tall (5ft 7) and I couldn’t fit under the shower head, the space was so small it was near on impossible to get changed in there I had to wrap in a towel and go back to the pod because everything fell into the huge puddle of water that accumulates, there was a grubby shower curtain trying to help stop the puddle forming but ultimately it’s just bad design and no effective drainage. Even if a squeegee was provided so you could drag the water to the drainage it might be a little better but generally it needs addressing. The water was scalding hot - if I had a small child I have no idea how I would have washed them in there because it was unbearably hot. The water stays on for about 10 seconds if you’re lucky! Just really let the place down because the toilets etc were clean and well maintained - the showers really let it down and when the weather was so hot there was no way I was skipping one.

Μου άρεσε EVERYTHING! the site was peaceful, set in beautiful scenery but with easy access to local amenities, well kept, clean toilets and showers and the most amazing starry skies! The owners are so friendly and accommodating and there are some stunning walks right off the site and it’s an easy drive to so many wonderful spots to visit.

Μου άρεσε EVERYTHING! - We got a secluded pitch which was the absolute best! So nice to have the privacy whilst camping especially with a dog that barks at anything! - Toilets and showers were clean and water was warm - use of communal fridge and freezer - free solar charging box for devices - small play area and field for kids to play - small on site shop with everything you’d need and reasonably priced - lovely owners! - dog walking area - peaceful - on pitch wifi - beautiful skies at night Honestly we had a fabulous time here - did our longest ever camp and it was made easy by the handy facilities and welcoming and peaceful nature of the site.

Μου άρεσε - The site was tidy and clean - the staff were friendly and helpful - the beach is right on the campsite so can just walk down to access - there’s a shop on site that is handy - beautiful views - there was an outdoor shower for washing off the beach muck. - dog friendly

Δεν μου άρεσε - I felt it was a little overcrowded/close pitches but this will obviously depend on when you stay/time of year. - the showers were hot but it was borderline unbearable - I heard little ones crying saying it was burning and not wanting to go in. - The door for the toilets and showers had a code but the door would frequently stick which is not very helpful when you’re going to the toilet. There was a real knack to it but found a lot of people struggling with it.

Μου άρεσε Beautiful setting, clean facilities and warm showers, indoor and outdoor pool were very reasonably priced to use and were a life saver when the weather wasn’t great, outdoor play area, small indoor arcade, small cafe served lovely food for a good price, they had a mini laundrette which came in really handy, staff were super friendly and helpful and the Lairds in restaurant was really lovely. All in all just a great place to be and a fantastic spot for getting out to see some breathtakingly beautiful areas locally

Δεν μου άρεσε When we arrived it was quite difficult to get our pegs in for the tent so we had to do a lot of them practically sideways but that may have been because there hadn’t been much rain in the run up. The main road is very close to the non electric grass pitches so it can be quite noisy but if I pitched again I would just make sure I was on the far side of the field :)

Μου άρεσε The Site was in a beautiful position with spectacular views over Talacre beach and beyond. The grass was kept short, the site was clean and tidy and there was plenty of room between pitches. The facilities were excellent, super clean and the water was lovely and warm. The family rooms with shower and toilet were ideal for getting everyone ready in the mornings. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We stayed for 4 nights and we were busy every day and there were many more adventures we could have had so you won’t be short of activities and days out!

Δεν μου άρεσε It’s not a dislike because it didn’t bother us but just bare in mind you will need to drive to everything (shops, beach, restaurants etc)
